For those without a map addon, the Locked Toolbox is near the Indomitable Schmitd rare in a sort of tent thing. You can see the location here: 不屈者施密德. The location shows on your mini map when you get close.

To be honest, i think those chest rewards are kinda useless...
I mean you get a rare drop, and you get 5 anima and some random stuff worth 1 gold :(

Leave group before looting this box.

PLEASE NOTE; The location of the dot on the map above is NOT the location of the chest - apparently you can buy this key at some point from a vendor at that mark. The location of the actual chest is west and a bit north of the Theater of Pain, just west of the Indomitable Schmidt rare.
