Very nice trinket. Stats and some good crit. Keep in mind it does damage you (minimally).
Also, just a side note, but I am thinking this item is a reference to the power crystals in the Crash Bandicoot games.
It spawns a purple crystal that looks just like the 'Power Crystals' 'Time Crystals' you collect in the games. Which is awesome.

The droprate seems really off.

Is this item not simming properly? Seeing a ton of Arms warriors running it who are scoring super high on warcraft logs, but simming this against my current trinkets is a dps loss, even at 252 ilvl.

Just a curious notice - the first use of 压制能量水晶 in combat will also trigger 克尔碎片 as well, since the trinket is obviously dealing some minor damage to the user, effectively extending the duration by another 20s. Despite the text of the shard, which says that you must hit an "enemy", whatever that stands for. The trinket probably considers me an enemy
