I have the Mythic 184 version of this.

Feels incredibly under-performing. Proc-rate is very low and the damage is laughable. The cone is also very small.

Just spent some time testing the mythic (184) version of this item on my Fury Warrior.

After 20 minutes of auto-attacking, it seems to proc about 2.8 times per minute. (57 procs over 19 minutes 50 seconds).

Can confirm it BLOWS for UH. Also, with 1/2 physical attacks, it litterally never procs

Apparently this trinket had an issue procing on enemies with a larger hit box and just got corrected with the December 16th hotfixes
"Fixed an issue that was causing the Decanter of Anima-Charged Winds trinket from hitting physically large enemies."

While my 190 version hits for ~1100 on target dummies, it's only ~100 in my raid logs amounting to 0.1% of my single target damage. Not sure whats going on there.

This trinket is broken in current Timewalking content. It isn't scaled down at all. The run where I saw an Enhance Shaman with it, it was responsible for nearly 20% of their DPS.

This trinket appears to have avoided the Season 4 nerf bat.

Any updates on this trinket for Dragonflight timewalking? So far I've seen Decoration of Flame as a new OP timewalking trinket since it doesn't scale and is currently nuking mobs and bosses during WoD timewalking as of this post.

edit: looks like the decoration of flame was already ninja hotfixed for timewalking, no longer does max level damage.
