i have tried it and don't feel like the minimal heal is worth 50% slow for 12 seconds, especially all the avoiding you have to do as a tank.

I think I'll end up just macroing this into my zen meditation. I'm stuck sitting still anyway and I might as well add some physical mitigation. I don't think it's really worth it otherwise unfortunately.

This is one of the most unfun items in the game.
Even if it gave 9999 stats it still makes your character play like slow garbage during its time.
Reminds me of the Nzoth corruption from bfa...

What a gem of an item. An absolute must have, especially for classes like DK. Moving even slower has always been on my wish list.

In the vast majority of situations, the slow causes far more problems than the heal solves. This would be borderline useless as a bag item, even if it didn't take up a trinket slot.

What about protection paladin? Can you just Blessing of Freedom while this is active? Or it removes the buff?

Just got this at 223 on my BM.

I suspect it's better for monks than most tank classes, between the fact that BM has the worst armor of any tank and the best fixed distance movement abilities.
Plus, with Stagger ticking down constantly, you're guaranteed to be getting some value out of the HoT, even if it's not all of it.
Roll and Chi Torpedo allow you to move around just fine with this slow. Also, Chi Torpedo's movement speed bonus offsets the slow, making it more bearable.

Not a perfect trinket, but certainly usable for BM.
