This is part of Tier 2 PVE Raid Set 愤怒 .All parts of the set can by looted in 黑翼之巢 lvl 60 raid , which can be found at the very height of 黑石塔 in 黑石山

愤怒护腕 dropped by 狂野的拉佐格尔 - 24% drop chance,
愤怒胸甲 dropped by 奈法利安 - 23% ,
愤怒护手 dropped by 弗莱格尔,埃博诺克,费尔默-9% each,

Assuming you kill all three dragons every time (each dragon has a 9% chance to drop the item), your chance to get this after one run is 3 * 0.09 - 3 * 0.09^2 + 0.09^3 = 0.246429, or roughly 1 in 4. That means your chance to get it each time you go in is going to be about 1 in 4.

Given that, your chance not to get it after x runs is (1 - 0.246429)^x, and so your chance y to get it after x runs is y = 1 - (1 - 0.246429)^x, which is graphable.
