The 'Garland of Grain' is added to Brewfest 2019 and it costs 150 brewfest-tokens from Blix (H) or Belbi (A) and it's only a cosmetic item. It looks like a headband with feathers all around and a big pretzel in the front!

BEWARE:

If you want to spend 150 tokens on this, keep in mind this cosmetic appearance is ONLY usable during Brewfest.

Figured it's best to mention this since people will probably forget.

Has anyone else noticed that the 谷物花环 only unlocks in the wardrobe for the character that purchases it?

I'm unsure if this is a bug, but only my Demon Hunter who purchased the 谷物花环 can use it. My other characters can not.

This item does not work for those trying to gain the achievement ‘Disturbing the peace’ despite it being restricted to only being worn during the Brewfest event! I have just tried both Legion and Northrend Dalaran’s and can confirm this item is not part of the Brewfest clothing for the achievement!
