These cuties are the best pre-Naxx gloves in the game for a mage. Investing on a +fire/frost damage enchant is recommended.

These gloves, together with Netherwind Chest and Netherwind Pants, are the best combo for the 3-piece set bonus which is dead useful in many situations. If you have Leggings of the Black Blizzard, another good alternative for the 3-piece set bonus is Netherwind Boots.

Shoulders: Mantle of the Blackwing Cabal
