This fish is part of the first secret fish achievement, 麦卡贡的隐秘之鱼.

The fish:
All of the fish for part 1 of this series can be caught within Mechagon. The catch rates are quite low (~1%) so expect to spend a fair amount of time fishing. You do not need max Kul'tiran/Zanadalari fishing. Once caught you'll auto-accept a quest to show the fish to 丹妮尔·渔钓, who is also on the island. Should the quest fail to auto-accept for any reason you can simply right click the fish from your inventory to start it.

Note: Below are confirmed locations and are likely not the only locations where they can be caught.

The coastal fish:
These 3 fish can be caught near Danielle, though its likely they can be caught anywhere along the coast of the island.

1. 充能的闪电鳕鱼
2. 阳链鲃
3. 螺栓钢头鱼

The area specific fish:
Each of these fish can only be caught within a specific area of the island.

Alternatively here are the X,Y coordinates for each.

5. 食泥臭鱼 - 79, 49
6. 跃塘弹簧鱼 - 65, 32

8. 腐泥鲤鱼 - 65, 51
9. 喷射小丑鱼 - 83, 72
10. 机械河豚 - 25, 77

The goggles:
Once you've caught all 10 and shown them to Danielle she'll sell you the 隐秘之鱼护目镜.
You can now move on to part 2 of this series, 隐秘之鱼在哪里!

I actually caught mine at 58,22. Enter the cave right at 59,24 and then fish the pool on the left. Took me 83 casts.

I also caught 螺栓钢头鱼 @56:22 inside the cave, while i was fishing for 阴暗的洞穴鳗.

I caught one instantly from here after fishing in the back for awhile.

Not sure if its just a coincidence, but I caught this after about 120~ casts, and caught a Bolted Steelhead the next cast after. I seemed to get a lot of these fish in sets of two the exact same way.
