On a blood elf female at least, this belt has a peculiar effect of creating a flap over your groin area. This isn't too noticeable if you're wearing a robe, but in a trousers set it ends up giving you superhero underwear.

For anyone who is farming this for the unique cloth mogs and doesnt want to redo the Argus campaign on an alt. You can use a 2nd account or friend who has Shroud of Arcane Echoes and use it while outside the treasure, step onto the spot where the treasure is and then your other cloth character can loot the chest. This works for every treasure that requires Shroud.

For the Light's Judgement treasure that contains the bracers at 61 73 (Eredath). If your cloth character is a warlock you can also get into the cave. Hop up on the rock on the right side of the cave and find a spot that would put the demonic gateway somewhat inside the cave on the left side of the entrance. This ported me through the rocks. Using a character who has the cave unlocked and placing a mushroom chair just inside the rocks also might work for you to jump your unlocked cloth character inside. But warlock demonic gateway 100% works.

The belt treasure at 70 60 (Eredath) just requires a Goblin Glider Kit to reach.

This got me the bracers, belt, boots, and chest unique pieces. The other pieces were unlocked through Quantum drops in DOTI so I did not test those treasures.
