You can use "Light's Judgment" on few specific places to destroy boulders. They are marked with a light crystal. One is at Krokuun 64.36 - 39.07. I destroyed one already, and I will post when I find more. They usually lead to Boxes that give AP and some Veiled Argunite (Around 50).

How do you put this on your action bar if it didn't show up? Anyone have a macro/script?

I'm not sure if its just me and everyone already knows this, but the current Vindicaar Matrix Core ability, Light's Judgement, was nowhere to be seen. I originally thought the ability would appear as a special action button like the abilities in Tanaan Jungle, but the spell is actually located in the general tab of your spell book, much like the Ritual of Doom ability warlocks get if they've chosen that particular class hall upgrade.
- Sorry if this is common knowledge, I didn't know and thought others wouldn't either.

For anyone wondering where the spell is: check your spell book, "General" tab,while you're on Argus; drag it from there to your bar as any other spell.

With all the matrix core spells now unlocked, this is a powerful choice for fury warriors because the damage of the spell can be increased with damage buffs like enrage, frothing berserker, and with battle cry it's guaranteed to crit too.
I get 20 million hits on average per cast, and since it's only on two minutes cooldown compared to other options, it's a great tool to have.
It might synergize well with some other classes/specs too but I have yet to go on Argus with my alts so I can't say anything in that regard.

Very useful as an opening volley by wimpy characters.. For instance, I used it to open the fight with Lady Shahrazad in the Strike Back quest, and it knocked down her two defenders and took her to about 50%. Not a bad first blast.

For all the clueless people like me, there's a large looking crystal in the middle of the bottom level of the Vindicaar that you can click on called the Vindicaar Matrix Core. You click it and there's like 4 options, Light's Judgement is one of those options.

Legion Remix:

Acquired if you completed the "Vindicaar Matrix Core" sidequest with Romuul on the ship; he's the artificer in charge of maintaining the teleport unit on the ship, so you will find up on the top deck near Turalyon, Illidan and Prophet Velen.

Legion Remix Players:

Those who wish to complete the Achievement Hidden Treasures: Argus and are unable to locate the large crystal in the middle of the bottom level of the Vindicaar that you can click on, which is the Vindicaar Matrix Core. This allows you to click it for options, one being the Light's Judgement, that is required to smash open the rocks around the maps below to complete the achievement (as mentioned above, way points have been listed to guide you on locations of hidden treasures).

If you are like me and skipped some quests or not completed all of the campaigns (or did them in the original expansion and cannot remember) and trying to jump ahead, well I hope this helps :)

If you don't see the Vindicaar Matrix Core, look in your quest log for The Hand of Fate, this will take you to your faction's main town, (for Horde, outside of Orgimmar - Durotar). Follow the chain of campaign quests (Two if By Sea, Light's Exodus, The Vindicaar, Into the Night, Alone in the Abyss, Righteous Fury, Overwhelming Power, A Stranger's Plea, Vengeance, Signs of Resistance, The Prophet's Gambit , Rendezvous, From Darkness , Threat Reduction, Prisoners No More, Strike at the Heart, Return to the Vindicaar, A Moment of Respite , Gathering Light, Crystals Not Included, The Best Prevention, A Grim Equation, Fire at Will, Locating the Longshot, Bringing the Big Guns, Lightly Roasted , The Light Mother, Light's Return, The Child of Light and Shadow, Essence of the Light Mother, An Offering of Light ) after doing all of those campaign quests, I accepted (The Burning Heart) campaign, as well as two normal quests on the platform, (The Burning Throne, The Vindicaar Matrix Core).

The quest The Vindicaar Matrix Core, is the quest that allows you to see the crystal below, and this gives you the skill Light's Judgement.

If you are wondering where the skill is, open your Spellbook, under the General tab, and you shall see the skill, hotkey it to your action bar, and enjoy running around smashing rocks to unlock the hidden treasures :)
