With the amount of gear sources in legion from world quests, crafting to pvp, dungeon and raids im ok with this being only available from time to time in our order halls.

Did you NOT receive a bonus roll when killing a world boss?
Don't worry; just kill the boss AGAIN and you WILL get the option (if not - third - just did a world boss in a full raid group (believe it may have been 2x raid groups, tons of people at least) and did NOT get the option to bonus roll. Killed the boss one more time (even though I completed the world quest) and voila - got the bonus roll on the second kill.

Too bad it was gold.. again! :)

This NPC offers 6 weekly quests in total, which allow you to purchase 破碎命运印记. Each one progressively costing more than the previous.

GOLD:
封印命运：金币 = 1,000 Gold
封印命运：大把的金币 = 2,000 Gold
封印命运：巨额的金币 = 4,000 Gold

Order Resources:
封印命运：职业大厅资源 = 1,000 Resources
封印命运：成堆的职业大厅资源 = 2,000 Resources
封印命运：海量的职业大厅资源 = 4,000 Resources

It is worth to mention, that if you already purchased 3 Seal of Broken Fate, you won't be able to start a work order in your class hall (if you take that trait). If you purchased 3 already, but got a few more from missions, then those will be added to the inventory with hard cap of 6 Seals of broken fate (at the moment).
