This is one of a series of new class-specific amulets created by Jewelcrafting. Each amulet has +1579 Stamina, and 1 Prismatic Gem Socket.
In addition, each one has a specific effect that grants a minor boon. Some are passive (Equip) effects, while others are On-Use effects.

Below is a complete list of the various class-specific crafted amulets:
Equip: Increase run spead by 20% when below 50% health.
Use: Reflect 35,600 Chaos damage back to attackers for 20 sec. (5 Min Cooldown)
Equip: Increases Versatility by 1000 (2.50% @ L110) when outdoors.
Equip: Your pet enrages when fighting creatures of the same family, increasing its damage by 60% for 10 sec. May only occur once every 2.5 min.
Use: Cast a random damaging spell at your target. (5 Min Cooldown).
Equip: Roll, Chi Torpedo, or jumping heals you for 89,000. May only occur once every 20 sec.
Equip: Chance on being hit to blind your enemy, reducing their damage dealt to you by 15% for 5 sec. This effect may occur once every 120 sec.
Use: Heal yourself for 178,000, and restore 178,000 Mana. (5 Min Cooldown).
Equip: When you land a killing blow on an enemy that yields experience or honor, the remaining cooldown of Sprint is reduced by 10 seconds.
Equip: Regenerate 53,400 health every 1 sec. while swimming or standing in water and not in combat.
Equip: Heal for 712,000 when your summoned demon dies. May only occur once every 3 min.
Equip: Charge and Intercept generate 25% more Rage.

What an incredibly lame proc, especially compared to some of the other ones.
The "on-equip" effect says "while swimming or standing in water and
Does it mean only when im out of combat AND swimming/standing in water, or also when im just out of combat?
Since these don't sell very well on most realms you might wanna know that they obliterated to 130
for me so I was able to recoup some gold out of making this item for the skill-ups.
sells for around 3,000g and
sell for 2,300g on my realm so I got about 10g less from the ash (2,300g x 1.3) but in fact it was better as it sold quickly and easily instead of waiting for the rare buyer for the amulet.
Followup: I decided to obliterate them all so I have additional numbers:
Gold Achieved Per Obliterate(Thrall): 3,128g
So actually a bit better than selling the amulet! Yay!
