It's sold by 麦琳·刀翼 after reaching Honored with 守望者 for 200g.

This is one of the Toys that can be unlocked via reputation in Legion. These toys are available from various vendors upon reaching the required reputation.

Of note, in Legion there will be a new 300 Toy achievement - 大家一起玩. This will award the mount 机械化木材采集器.

Was really hoping for a Dark Souls-esque mimic, but I guess that would have required making a new enemy model. What a wasted opportunity.

Apparently there's some chance of getting 无害的宝箱陷阱 from this, rather than a bunch of spiders. Just happened to me today.
