It says this is a main-hand mace, meaning there's an off-hand... For some reason, I can't find it. Trying to make my own list of transmogs for all of the Artifacts and their variations so I know which ones I can/should get once Legion hits, like whether or not X design is a PvP reward, which I wouldn't want to get and would have to abandon that transmog I had worked hard on. I hope it gets datamined soon, unless I'm just being stupid, which is a very real possibility. XD

Aw, was really hoping this would at least be a two-handed mace. The water effects would look even cooler scaled up a bit; plus, enhance already gets a 1h mace :(

There are certain elementals scattered throughout the Broken Isles that are 萨满祭司-only encounters. If you help these elementals in some way, they grant Artifact Power to your equipped Artifact Weapon. You must have 莱登之拳 (Elemental), 毁灭之锤 (Enhancement) or 莎拉达尔，潮汐权杖 (Restoration) equipped to get the Artifact Power.

As with any vignette mobs, these will appear on your minimap like rares (marked with a star).

暴怒的土元素

These vignettes appear as Restless Earth totems on the ground, and when clicked will spawn 暴怒的土元素, a Rare Elemental. Defeating it (and "freeing" it) grants 50 Artifact Power to your equipped Artifact Weapon.

Troubled Air Spirit

These vignettes appear as a friendly 不安的气灵. When you speak to it, a number of whirlwinds will appear in a circle. Periodically, these whirlwinds will migrate straight through the center of the circle, and you must dodge them.
You will know if you failed if the Air Elemental turns hostile and attacks you. You can simply wait a few minutes for it to respawn so you can try again,

Completing the challenge grants 50 Artifact Power to your equipped Artifact Weapon.

许德拉侬, an NPC in 风暴峡湾 at (Straits of Hydrannon, northeast of Tideskorn Harbor), starts a minigame whereby you have to dodge sharks and pick up water orbs. On completion of the challenge, you are granted 50 Artifact Power.

If you reset your artifact weapon (the talents/traits) you DONT lose any artifact power except for the artifact power you pay for the reset!

Doing the quest to get 莎拉达尔，潮汐权杖, the artifact for the shaman regeneration, in phase 2 the boss of the next area, 克拉里斯, overcomes the barrier and kills me with a single blow, to solve the problem you have to exit the scenario is wait about 10-20 minutes and try again

As a Shaman using the Sharas'dal, Scepter of Tides transmog, I noticed tonight that when facing off against Azshara in Eternal Palace, she immediately whispers to you, "Is that Sharas'dal you hold? Impudent mortal! You dare to wield my own scepter against me?"

Thought that was a cool bit of lore they threw in there.

To unlock the hidden appearance of this Resto Shammy artifact, you need to acquire 深海女王旋杖 from 积怨夫人. 艾萨拉之眼 is currently soloable at level 120 as of 8.3. To do this:

Go to 阿苏纳, Broken Isles
Go to Hatecoil Warcamp at 61,41, which is the entrance of 5-man dungeon 艾萨拉之眼
At the meeting stone, right click your own portrait frame to set dungeon difficulty as "Normal"
Kill 积怨夫人
Loot 深海女王旋杖 from her. Hooray!
