Although the 小块辉光碎片 is categorized as a Crafting Reagent, it's only use is to combine ten (10) of them to create one (1) 辉光碎片. Other than that, 小块辉光碎片s are not used in any enchantments or recipes, nor do they provide any 附魔 skill-up points when combined (at least not at 附魔 skill level 600 or above). Therefore you should not hesitate to convert all 小块辉光碎片s into the more useful 辉光碎片s, and consider selling any remainders (stacks of less than 10) to free up your bag space.

Farming these for decor crafting, I found Shadowmoon Burial Grounds normal to be a quick way to get these. I can do the entire thing in 5 minutes with my Shaman, get 8 blues (or occasionally 1 purple from the last boss), plus 1 or 2 greens from trash. Over 8 runs I averaged 76 Draenic Dust and 2 Luminous Shards per run. Also, the spiders drop Sumptuous Furs, which is needed to craft Draenethyst String Lights.
