with the TBC talents/rotation this will only reduce ur mana per rotation (of 10 seconds) by 20 mana. Since u will only cast multishot once per 10 seconds.
even in the Pre TBC talents its quite useless, 40 mana per rotation of 10 seconds... The mana regen on the set alone is more :/

While not one of the most favored end-game hunter set, the cryptstalker set is still a good one. The amount of agility is good for all hunters. This stat helps with AP(attack power) and Crit%. This set, in my opinion, will not be worn in full by many, if any. Many hunters will mix this set with other sets such as Striker's Garb or the ever popular Dragonstalker set.

Requires Desecrated Armor along with other items to be turned into a quest npc(except the ring).

Desecrated Armor is dropped in Naxxramas off certain bosses.

The visual aspects of this set are amazing, and entirely appropriate for the setting in which you obtain it, Naxxramas. If you didn't notice, although this might be obvious, the appearance of the set is based on the appearance of Nerubians, specifically, the zombified variety. Crypt Stalkers. Note the multiple glowing red spots which appear to be spidery sets of eye, as well as large, tarantula fang-like protrusions around the bottom parts of the helm. Very creepy indeed.

Note: All Tier 3 Sets along with naxx drops (Even corrupted ashbringer /cry) are no longer obtainable.
However, almost every naxx drop and tier 3 sets were upgraded to 10/25 naxx drops. New names/stats-same old looks. Exept a few minor color changes on the tier 7 (T3 Look-a-like sets)

very difficult to obtain, you had to be farming Naxx for months before it was remotely possible, assuming you got Sapph down and managed to get KT.
Most of the people (of the few) that have/had full T3 gear got it with the help of level 70s during BC.
I didnt get the ring till like march of '08 but I got all the rest during Vanilla and I'm proud.

I remember back in 2006 and the first part of 2007 going into Battlegrounds and watching the other side run away in total fear seeing a Hunter on the opposite team wearing full Tier 3 Cryptstalker was enough to make even the most stalwart of Tauren Warrior or Undead Mage run away quickly.

I was a part of the 1% that enjoyed the extent of Naxxramas 40-man.

If you had several pieces of Tier 3, you were at the top of the scoreboards in all battlegrounds, especially in killing blows and damage done.

The 6-set bonus will finally be changing to restore 5 Focus instead of 50 Mana, and the 8-set bonus will be reducing focus cost by 20 instead of Mana cost by 20 in Patch 6.0.1.

I've encountered this before, and I want to make this statement:
DON'T get this set on a user who can't transmog it if you're getting it for Legion (ie Warrior, Paladin, etc.)
Although you can equip it, it WILL NOT count towards your transmog collection. It MUST be on a Hunter or Shaman. ~~I can't find the tweets confirming this, but it's just how to transmog system is so far.~~ CONFIRMED. This could change in the future.
I want to note this, as I'm currently gathering the Dreamwalker set on my monk. I saw a warrior grabbing the Frostfire set for Mages.
If this doesn't turn out to be true, I'd rather be safe than sorry and lacking a lot of gold and vendoring transmog I can't use.

If you need an alternative for the 地穴追猎者长靴 I actually found a really good pair that drop from暴君维哈里 in Hellfire Citadel.
