BoA Epics: Players can loot BoA armor tokens, which can be mailed to alts and turned into ilvl 496 gear based on their loot specialization. These can be turned into ilvl 535 epics in rare circumstances, and some gear has unique transmog looks.

Rare Spawns and Events: The Timeless Isle is teeming with rare spawns of all difficulties, as well as daily and weekly events that are fun minigames.

Vanity Items: Rare spawns can drop everything from weather stones to battle pets, and several vendors sell unique vanity items for 永恒铸币 like mounts and character disguises.

Timeless Coins: Timeless Coins are a new currency that players can use to buy BoA gear, vanity items, and epic trinkets and weapons.

Quests: There are several introductory questchains which unlock weekly quests for 永恒铸币 and some 勇气点数, quests tied to the legendary questline, and an elaborate questline tied to Noodle Carts.

World Bosses: Players must defeat four new world bosses on the 永恒岛 for their legendary questline, and can access Ordos, a world boss who drops ilvl 559 loot, if a character on their account has completed the questline.

Shaohao Reputation: This is a new reputation tied to killing Yaungol mobs that rewards items like 神圣金色云端翔龙缰绳.

Battle Pets: From wild pets to rare spawn drops, there's a pet for everyone. Players can also queue up for the Celestial Tournament on the 永恒岛 if they have 15+ max level pets.

World PvP: Players can World PvP with 不灭苦痛香炉 for vanity items purchased with 染血铸币.

Achievements: There are a variety of exploration-based achievements, which we've provided maps for.

How do I get to the island? You can fly from southeast Jade Forest and you'll make it to the island before fatigue runs out. Horde camp is to the north, Alliance camp is to the south. Chromie will also point you to the island in the introductory quest 那一抹青铜色…….

Can I fly on the island? No, flying mounts are not allowed on the 永恒岛 (时空错乱). You'll want your best ground mount, as well as 波塞冬斯的缰绳 for the aquatic areas and 天蓝水黾缰绳 to reach some far-off shipwrecks. 疾风信天翁 is also a convenient taxi that can fly players to areas that are otherwise unreachable.

Is there an inn on the island? Yes, 优雅的斯万 is the innkeeper on the north side of the Celestial Court.

Where is the mailbox? 弹跳腿 doesn't look like a mailbox, but speaking to him works like a mailbox. He's next to 优雅的斯万 on the north side of the Celestial Court.

Are there flightpaths? Yes, the Huojin and Tuishi camps on the west coast have flight masters.

Will doing anything here help me in 决战奥格瑞玛? You'll need to do several quests and kill world bosses here for your legendary cape. Besides that, 强化沙漏 awards 0 勇气点数, which you'll want for your item upgrades, and if you're just interested in 决战奥格瑞玛, you'll need ilvl 496 gear which just so happens to be the level of the Timeless Isle BoA gear. You can also purchase some ilvl 535 trinkets for 0 永恒铸币.

There are so many rares and events, how can I tell what's going on? Blizzard has introduced a new feature alerting users to rare spawns and events. The minimap will display a skull if a rare spawn is up, and crossed swords if an event is available to complete.

How can I tell if I've already completed or looted something since it's not straightforward like a quest log? Blizzard tracks a lot of these seemingly random events with "flag" quests, like "Tom" Bone Apart - Tracking Quest for the event tied to 完整的扎西姆. These quests don't show up in your log, but you can type "/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(xxxxx))" in-game, where xxxx is the quest ID, and the response will show if you've already completed it or not.

菊苣嬉闹者 (菊苣嬉闹者), from 惊悚之灵: While fascinated by flowers, the frolicker has also been known to dance with blades of grass and the occasional weed.

致死小蝰蛇 (致死小蝰蛇), from 帝王巨蟒: Late in life, if the environmental conditions are correct, a Death Adder may shed its skin and undergo a transformation into an Imperial Python.

酒灵臭臭 (酒灵臭臭), from 泛酸的筑汞: When the village of Pi'jiu was attacked by the Ordon Yaungol generations ago, the villagers bravely erected a keg in the center of the village. The following morning, after the celebration had died down, the still-drunken Yaungol blearily agreed to a peace treaty.

天青雏鹤 (天青雏鹤), from Crane Nest: Crane chicks of the Timeless Isle sometimes sing a curious song that calms the nerves and soothes the soul.

不祥焰灵 (不祥焰灵), from 恶兆之火: The odd blue flames found within the Cavern of Lost Spirits have led many unwary adventurers to their doom.

The ruined Dread Ship Vazuvius lies to the south of Pi'jiu Village. It's overrun by 被诅咒的猢狲水手, who are guarding a treasure chest that contains Cursed Swabby Helmet. They drop the 藤壶包裹的钥匙 which is needed to open the chest. This is tied to the weekly tracking quest Sunken Hozen Treasure - Tracking Quest.

In the south-east coastal waters, players can help defend a group of spectral pirates led by 扎维兹坦船长 against undead enemies. If you kill the final boss, 响骨, you'll get a special vanity item that summons spectral pirates, 扎维兹坦船长遗失的小腿.

Located between the Alliance and Horde bases is Blackguard's Forgotten Cove. These spectral pirates are hostile and closely guard a treasure chest that can be looted once a week (Tracking Quest - Spectral Pirate Treasure) and contain coins and BoA items. After you loot the chests, the Rare Spawn are friendly and stand around the treasure chest cheering.

The Rare Spawn can be farmed for 幽灵烈酒 which creates a spectral pirate disguise. Don't loot 无赖的海难货物 if you want to farm this item, as the pirates will turn friendly after you do.

吞天 is a rare spawn that swims around the 永恒岛 very quickly. He drops a 雾气缭绕的幽魂灯笼, which can be used to summon the 幽灵船瓦祖维斯号 at the Cursed Graveyard by the Misty Shore. It summons a ship with 170 million HP and constant cannon-fire. The ship drops 迷时水手结晶, which turns players into pink spectral pirates as well as their mounts.

斯汀克布莱德 spawns on the ship by the shores of the Croaking Hollow. He's surrounded by 南海火酒 that buff stats and heal you, as well as 南海掠夺者.

Legendary Questline永恒岛

The 5.4 questline starts when Wrathion sends you to the Timeless Isle in 永恒的发现.

Once there, you must collect 0 永恒铸币 for 永恒岛的秘密. This should go pretty quickly as killing rares can drop several hundred coins. However, this does not track your cumulative total--you need the 0 永恒铸币 on hand and unspent to complete the quest.

If you have Honored 皇帝少昊 reputation, you can buy a 一袋永恒铸币 for 0 勇气点数 which contains 0 永恒铸币.

You must also defeat four new world bosses, the celestials, in 帝王之道. Their Dungeon Journal details are listed under the World Bosses section of this guide.

After reporting back to Wrathion in 熊猫人的传说, you receive 黑龙军团的不朽精华 which imbues your cape and turns it into a legendary one. At this point, there is also a zone-wide yell in Vale of Eternal Blossoms and the most recent players to complete the quest have their characters displayed by Mogu'shan Palace.

Jadefire Bolt: Launches several Jadefire Bolts, creating Jadefire Blazes at the impact locations.

Charge: At 66% and 33% health remaining, Niuzao charges around the arena, inflicting 500000 Physical damage to enemies within 30 yards every 1 sec.

Leap: Leaps at a player, performing a Spectral Swipe upon landing.

Reputation Tips

Firewalker Ruins:This area is the easiest to solo and has fast respawns in a small area, but the reputation granted per mob is low. It's pretty efficient to group up, pull everything to the center, and AoE.

Blazing Way: This area is convenient if you are trying to also kill 剪叶者, 惑龙, and 落烬. 炽燃的狂战士 is the easiest mob to kill when soloing. The mobs in general are pretty spread out, except by Shrine of the Black Flame, which will require a party for the 不朽的掌炉者. A neat detail is that these mobs are really into herbing--they drop herb-themed items, cast 劫掠, and have lots of alchemy elixirs lying around in 斡耳朵补给品.

Ordon Sanctuary: The mobs here grant the most reputation but are the hardest to kill between 不朽的掌炉者's 炽热猛击 and 斡耳朵斯高阶祭司 using the most annoying abilities from each other Yaungol. You will need a group for this as well as a legendary cape on one character to jump across the bridge gap. There are creative ways to make it across the gap without a cape, but since the mobs are difficult to kill, it is hard to find a group while undergeared.

协同战旗/协同战旗: Grants 15% bonus reputation for all guild members within 100 yards. Banner will despawn if you get too far away or die, so consider picking up 协作战旗/协作战旗 and 协和战旗/协和战旗 as well as backups.

耶！: Grants 10% reputation gains for up to an hour if you ride the Darkmoon Carousel. Downside is that this buff can only be acquired during the Faire, and if you die, you have to return to the Faire to get it.

声望阁下: Guild perk that increases reputation from killing monsters and completing quests by 10%.

Holiday buffs that stack with other reputation buffs, like 无忧者 for Hallow's End.

Find and loot the 闪闪发光的宝箱, 绳索捆扎的宝箱, and a 雾气缭绕的宝箱 on the Timeless Isle.

闪闪发光的宝箱: Located on the fourth stone pillar to the northeast of Pi'jiu Village. To reach it, head to the Firewalker Ruins and successfully jump across four pillars.
绳索捆扎的宝箱: Located by the broken bridge going to the Ordon Sanctuary, this one will require you to jump between the stone pillars and tightwalk rope. A good place ot start jumping from is at 60.2, 45.9.
雾气缭绕的宝箱: Located by the Blazing Way, this is between two of the bridges. Click on the statue to get shot up into the air, and as you're descending slowly with 神鹤展翅. click on the temporarily-spawned 雾气缭绕的宝箱.

These chests can be completed weekly.

闪闪发光的宝物袋: Head to the ship to the south of the Croaking Hollow and climb up onto the deck. Head up to the wheel, walk on the far-right rope, and then precisely jump onto the crossbeam and RP walk to the left edge.

Noodle Carts are added in 5.4. When a cart is crafted, the player becomes a temporary vendor that other players can buy bowls from (stacks up to 5 bowls). The player/vendor also has the following actions/emotes: 烹饪, 跳舞, 烟火, 招揽

Players can learn the noodle bowl recipes from a questline starting on the 永恒岛. They must also have the initial recipes learnt for the various MoP cooking specializations, which requires 530 cooking.
失传已久的汤面秘诀: First loot the old sign fragment at 52.5, 46.2. Then search the village, Old Pi'jiu, on the Timeless Isle, for the owner of the old sign fragment--don't look for the owner without the Sign Fragment first. You'll find 林潮薇 at 41.0, 73.8.

秘密配方流失之谜: Defeat the 疑之煞 in 青龙寺. Can be done in Normal mode. Finish the quest by clicking on 林家卷轴.

糟糕的预感，更糟的结果: Stay in the instance to defeat 林大顾的鬼魂. Casts 碗, 面条, 沸汤, and 香辣来袭.

就此失传？: Speak with Sungshin Ironpaw at the Halfhill Market in the Valley of the Four Winds.

接与运: Use the 粮食袋 to catch 20 Sacks of Grain being thrown down by the Granary Vandals at the Imperial Granary. Look for the mini-earthquakes on the ground, you may need your graphics turned up pretty high. When you have 5 grain sacks, you have to get back to the Wagon at 54, 60--you can't mount up, but speed boosts help. At this point, you will learn 汤面餐车, which makes 250 stat food. Requires 5 each of all 250 stat food to make.

那是真正的计量单位吗？: Create a Noodle Cart Kit, head to the 风暴烈酒酿造厂, and collect 20 一捧酒 from slain alementals in the 风暴烈酒酿造厂. You will need to clear the first two bosses on normal or heroic, as the Alemantals are found on the way to the third boss. At this point, you will learn 什锦汤面餐车, which makes 275 stat food. Requires 5 each of all 275 stat food to make.

这些可不是肥美的山羊肉排: Create a deluxe noodle cart kit and collect 50 Fatty Turtle Steak from the western shore of 永恒岛.

秘密配方就是……: Speak to 孙行·铁掌 and complete the Finding the Secret Ingredient solo scenario. In this scenario, you feed regular, hungry, and impatient Pandaren. Click on the Panadren 排队等候 to seat them (seat the 焦躁不安 ones first), and then toss/feed them the following bowls:
Scholoars 制作汤面, Merchants 制作龙须汤面, Farmers 制作熊猫人八宝汤面. Hungry Npcs will want an extra bowl 饥肠辘辘

You will then learn 熊猫人八宝汤面餐车, which makes 300 stat food! Requires 5 each of all 300 stat food to make. You also unlock a daily quest, 汤面时间, that rewards an 铁掌徽记, as well as a bonus objective, 汤面时间：奖励.铭文

被烧毁的雕文: If 反魔法护罩 expires after its full duration, the cooldown is reduced by up to 50%, based on the amount of damage absorbtion remaining. Elementals inside Cavern of Lost Spirits, 永恒岛.

被烧毁的雕文: Your 寒冬号角 now generates an additional 10 Runic Power, but the cooldown is increased by 100%. 斡耳朵护烛者, 永恒岛

骷髅雕文: Your 亡者复生 spell now summons a Skeleton instead of a Ghoul. 响骨, 永恒岛

圣光之柱雕文: Critical heals on other players display a small pillar of light at their location briefly. Flame elementals (恶兆之火, 玉火之灵) in Cavern of Lost Spirits, 永恒岛.

圣歌之灵雕文: While channeling Hymns, a spirit appears above you. 风翎护巢者, 永恒岛.

徘徊先祖雕文: Resurrecting someone with 先祖之魂 causes a ghostly ancestor to follow them around for a short time. Spectral mobs (幽灵织雾者, 幽灵踏风者, 幽灵酒仙), 永恒岛.

被烧毁的雕文: You summon a rain storm of frogs at your targeted location. Frogs (布佛, 巨口蛙), 永恒岛.

被烧毁的雕文: 英勇投掷 now leaves an axe in the target, which can be retrieved by moving within 5 yards of the target to finish the cooldown of 英勇投掷. This effect will only occur when 英勇投掷 is cast from more than 10 yards away from the target. 不朽的掌炉者, 永恒岛.

New Minor Glyphs

武器大师雕文: Your Shout abilities cause the appearance of the Warrior's weapon to change to that of a random weapon from their primary bag for 10 min. 神战士迦库尔, 永恒岛.

" Sometimes you'll be hit for 999,999 damage instead though from Ordos' Burning Sacrifice."

Not sure if that was true when this guide was written, but as of 5.4.7 at least, you only deal 999,999 damage to attackable units near you, not to yourself.

If you have an alt that is unable to find any dailies or quests on the Timeless Isle, go back to the Flight Master for your Faction on the Timeless Isle and turn on Trivial Quests on the Tracking Feature on your Mini Map . The intro Quest is Time Keeper Kairoz, turning it in opens up the Timeless Isle Quests.

Great guide.

Should be mentioned that the Timeless Isle uses the battleground system of rezzing.
Upon death and release, you'll see a short countdown at the graveyard to resurrection at the graveyard with no rez sickness.
Hitting escape or leaving the graveyard area quickly will still make finding your corpse possible, but any spirit healer you come across will put you on a short countdown to rezzing right there if you don't again hit escape or move away quickly.

Does anyone know if battleground-style death is used in any other non-battleground in the game?

Does anyone know that trial chars can loot the items needed for the achv "going to need a bigger bag" ?

It appears that the loot spec table for the different Timeless tokens is no longer accurate, it may be that it is now entirely random.

I used a few tokens on a warrior - first I was protection with Arms loot spec, and I got Elder Tortoiseshell (which should be the Tank one). Then, I switched to Arms (loot spec still arms) to use another token, and again for Elder Tortoiseshell. Same happened with Prot/Prot.

For anyone interested, there is an AddOn which literally combines every exploration achievement possible - so one set of pins for flying around - many hundreds of pins obviously - which disappear as you get each criteria of each achievement. Heck this beats copy pasting coordinates from here into other AddOns. It's at Curse and it's by yours truly! Hope it helps you all!
