皎白云端翔龙

The 皎白云端翔龙 in 锦绣谷 (Mogu Assault phase only) is a rare spawn that "drops" a mount when you use the 枬天拉索 on it. However, it can also be tamed if you are both in war mode and have the 恩莱斯，恩佐斯的裂片 toy active, making the creature hostile to you. Since you must be standing on solid ground for taming, a good spot is on top of the gate at 4.13, 56.93. This cloud serpent flies very quickly so you must cast tame beast as soon as you see it. Keep in mind this rare is in very high demand for the mount it drops, so if you don't have any luck you can try again when everyone is busy in Shadowlands.

猩红云端翔龙缰绳

赤鳞风火龙 are the common cloud serpents you'll find all over the 永恒岛.

玛瑙云端翔龙缰绳

玛瑙暴爪龙s can be found on the northernmost island of 螳螂高原, accompanied by Shan'ze Serpentbinders.

野生玛瑙翔龙 flies high around Mount Neverest in 昆莱山. This one can be difficult to tame because there are few places to stand where you'll be in range to pull it, and at max level you will easily one-shot it with any gear on.

昊风 appears during Mogu Assaults in the 锦绣谷 and only when the 缚龙 world event is up.

玛瑙战争翔龙 is available during Mogu Assaults in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and can be found all over the western half of the zone.

莱加尼战争翔龙

A new method to tame 莱加尼战争翔龙s in the 锦绣谷 (N'zoth Assault phase) was discovered by Sanghelios. Normally these cloud serpents are friendly, but you can make them unfriendly by being in Warmode and using the 恩莱斯，恩佐斯的裂片 toy. Then it's just a matter of walking up and taming one of them! You'll find them near the flight master at Mistfall Village.

雷霆玛瑙云端翔龙缰绳

惑龙 on the 永恒岛 is going to be a little difficult to tame as you'll be competing with all of the players killing it for the matching mount it drops, 雷霆玛瑙云端翔龙缰绳. Huolon spawns every 30-60 minutes, and you may have better luck during the wee hours.

雷霆蓝晶云端翔龙缰绳

纳拉克 on the 雷神岛 is another difficult tame because it's a world boss that is constantly camped for the ultra rare mount it drops, 雷霆蓝晶云端翔龙缰绳. Nalak respawns every 15 minutes or so. Good luck!

雷霆红玉云端翔龙缰绳

秘烙 in the 锦绣谷 (original Mists of Pandaria phase) will prove to be a much simpler tame than the other thundering serpents. You'll find this one at the bottom of the the Guo-Lai Halls in the north of the zone. You may need to speak to 希多尔米 in order to phase back to the old version of the zone.

神圣玛瑙云端翔龙缰绳

碧空翔龙 spawns during the first boss encounter in the 影踪禅院 dungeon. Make sure you don't have any gear equipped that can proc direct damage, as it could proc from casting Tame Beast and one-shot the serpent. If the serpent says untameable, try going into the dungeon in Normal mode.

炤壬 can only be tamed by brand new Pandaren Hunters who haven't yet chosen a faction, as it spawns in the 迷踪岛 starting zone.

神圣碧蓝云端翔龙缰绳

瑞龙 spawns during Mogu Assaults in the 锦绣谷, at the bottom of Guo-Lai Halls. This is the same rare that drops the 完好的云端翔龙之鳞. Keep in mind that it is level 52 so you won't be able to tame it during the 9.0 pre-patch when you'll only be level 50.

星光云端翔龙缰绳

伊拉贡 is the second to last boss in the 魔古山宝库 raid, and it differs from other cloud serpents because it's a member of the 灵魂兽 family instead of the Serpent family, which means it's only available to Beast Mastery Hunters. This raid can easily be soloed by a level 50+ Hunter at any difficulty. Note that Elegon does not require the 驯龙入门 tome.

I was unable to tame Tsulong or the one in Shado-Pan Monastery. Not sure what the deal is. I did manage to get Milau though.

Thundering White Cloud Serpents(莱加尼战争翔龙) are really tameable (or at least were) but Tsulong is not tameable right now, hope it will be fixed soon

UPD: Azure Serpent from Shado-Pan Monestry(Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent) is tameable in Normal
UPD2: 皎白云端翔龙 is also confermed as tameable with 恩莱斯，恩佐斯的裂片

Learned how to tame Cloud Serpents from the book last night, which my huntress Meliisande purchased on her own, as she is exalted with the faction.

Tamed Nalak and Elegon the night of prepatch, and a Crimsonscale on the Timeless Isle today.

Traveled back in time to tame Milau a little later, and am being told that I don't know how to tame Cloud Serpents. Yet I still have Nalak and Elegon with me.

I'm sending my druid Rowain to buy the book and mail it to Meliisande, hoping that she'll be able to re learn this ability and tame Milau. Submitted a bug report for this. Anyone else having this issue?

Meliisande re-learned the Cloud Serpent taming ability from another copy of the book and was able to successfully tame Milau. Hoping to hear back from Blizzard with a fix on this.

It's working fine for me. I now have one hunter with 2 x Tsulong. Went into Terrace on normal and tamed it. Backed out, changed to heroic then went back in and tamed it again. Did the same with Elegon on another hunter.

In case you were wondering. Yu'lon will not be tamed, not on the Timeless Isle nor in the Temple of the Jade Serpent.

Is it possible to learn the skill via buying the Tome with my Exalted Main and learning it through him instead of having to exalt my hunter to buy the book and learn it?

I am having a hard time taming Nalak because everyone keeps killing him. It's funny how before he was tameable no one really wanted anything to do with him. I think that Blizz/Activison should remove his aggro table.

Its bad enough fighting over tames, even worse when we feel we need to get two of them for our animal companion talent. The talent uses whatever is in the first slot of the stable as the second pet. Blizzard really needs to make it so that if that first slot is blank, it will use our currently summoned beast as our second pet. 20 pages of stable slots is a nice upgrade from what we had unless we feel we have 2 of every unique beast. I would like to eventually see the stable as a tab in our collections, similar to the appearance tab, and still use the stable masters to pick the pets from our stable collection.

Easiest way to get Rajani Warserpents join a PvP group in the vale kill other plays till the N'Zoth toy quest pops accept the quest but dont use the toy yet. Go land right next to the Rajani Warserpents by the flight master then use the toy and tame you 2 fresh White WarSerpents.

For double taming Elegon, here is what you will need to do. First, make sure raid is set to normal difficulty. Make your way to Elegon, tame, and hearth. Then you need to fly to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, talk to Zidormi and time hop back to the old Pandaria. Once that is done, enter the seat of Knowledge and speak to Lorewalker Han and ask him to tell you about the vault of mysteries. This will queue you for the LFR version of the appropriate section of Mogu'shan Vaults to tame your second Elegon. Work your way back down to Elegon once again, tame, and viola! You are now the proud new owner of not one, but TWO sparkle dragons!

So I have managed to tame Elegon , I can't tame the Wild Onyx Serpent in Kun-lai nor can I tape the Azure Serpent in Shadow-pan monastery

When i use the Sliver of N'zoth and try to tame the Rajani Watersperpent it says I don't know how to tame Cloud Serpents, even though I've already tamed cloud serpents before this. Did they try to hotfix the Sliver work around?

Note 驯龙入门 is BOA, so don't fly out there with your new max level hunter to learn this. Fly out with your exalted toon and have them buy it!

Thanks to Petopia I found another of likely tamable versions of Dark Serpent which should have Golden accents 山泽穿云翔龙. Sadly I completed quest 突袭！ during which this version spawn on my hunter 6 years ago.
Currently I'm thinking about "Party Sync", but it would be great if someone who knows more about this could share their experience.

ironic that the normal looking ones are mostly untameable, but the heavenly onyx one is fairly easy to get.
