I respectfully disagree on multiple points on the questing portion of your guide.

Hi, my character is Tinakoffee, but you may call me Tackett. I've been playing and maining Demonology since the tail end of Burning Crusades. I dipped into Affliction briefly to get a decent transmog running spec for old content, and never touch destruction. As such, I've now established my credentials, you now know I am damn well knowledgeable about demo.

Tier 1 (15) - If you aren't mass pulling as Demo you aren't doing something right. Highly reccomend taking Dreadlash here as it's passive, no extra button presses required, and automatically does AoE

Tier 2 (30) - Demonic Calling. Again, its passive, lets me bring out Dreadstalkers way more often, and I dont have to push anymore buttons. Doom is the only real wrong choice. Avoid it like the plague.

Tier 3 (45) - Demon Skin. It's the only right answer. Killing yourself isn't worth "going fast" in the open world imo and making yourself more invulnerable to those big elites that other classes need help for is one of the best things about demo. Dark Pact is wrong.

Tier 4 (60) - Because of the synergy with tier 1 and tier 2, I am picking From the Shadows here (though Summon Vilefiend was ALL RIGHT for me) for two reasons. One, it empowers my dreadstalkers further, and 2, its passive and no extra button presses are required.

Tier 5 (75) - Hey, Darkfury, we agree on something. Next.

Tier 6 (90) - I honestly don't know how you play with spec without choosing Inner Demons. It's what makes this spec the most fun it's ever been, and I just cant NOT pick it.

Tier 7 (100) - Hey, we agree on something else, Sacrified Souls for the win.

Again, I've played and mained demonology for almost a decade now, and while my raiding and mythic + experience is subpar, my open world PvE and questing experience is well above average. This spec will run over anything you put in front of it, and with the possible exception of Beast Master hunters, is the best soloing spec in the game.

Just letting you know the Talent Guide is bugged, it doesn't show the entire talent tree anymore. I know it did yesterday but when I looked today it didn't show at all.

FYI Curse of Fragility doesnt work on PVE mobs. Only player targets.

I was trying to look up info for Azerite and Essences, but this guide simply links back to bloodmallet instead of giving opinions. I wouldn't mind that, except bloodmallet uses 3/5 different DPS Talents that you don't recommend. Which means the sims would look different for the Traits/Essences. This is actually the problem with many guides on wowhead. The talents recommended are different from what Bloodmallet uses, but they link directly to it acting as if that supports the same info. Would be nice to get accurate Sims based on the Talents you suggested, rather than copy+paste invalid info.

Bane of Fragility works only on players, it cant be casted on PvE targets

Second tier talent Doom is reworked. Its duration is reduced to 20 sec (subject to further Haste reduction), no demon summoned. It seems it is now a decent way for Shard generation.

From the Shadows:
...Shadowflame damage from 'you' is: Demonbolt, Hand of Gul'dan and Implosion.

Patch 9.1:

From the Shadows (Talent) now also increases your pet's Shadowflame damage.

Please post a casual SOLO QUESTING build. I know there is a lot of players focused on Mythic or Raiding or PvP.. but there is a huge numbers of casuals that just want to play solo and do quests and see the story and stuff. Looking for survivability as the main focus. DPS is not even a major thing as even medium dps can handle everything in a solo questing environment. Like I usually play with my blue buddy out as he tanks and just cruse around. I think all the talent pages should have one build designed for casuals like me that focuses on solo questing as there are a lot of us playing as well.

5 talents just dedicated to drain life. that's about 5 too many. 4 talents just for soul link. those are some lame talents. warlock main. overall, love the talents trees. but those capstones on the class tree and some of those talents are uninspired/uncool.

Your Big Dog talent build is broken. It doesn't allocate any talent points on the left side Warlock tree. Probably b/c you currently have it allocating all of them.

i tried out this mythic build and i wasnt that good when i came to dps the one i have done myself seem to be way more dps output

With 14% haste (priority Mastery) and raid build (std) picking Demonic Calling the output and the rotation feels rlly better.

Is it possible to get a good Mytic+ AOE and SOLO talent builds but also include their rotations? Pretty please ?
