Restoration Shaman Healing Rotation and Priority
Individual Talent Changes:
This whole spell priority assumes there actually is healing to do, if there's nothing happening it is a lot better to spend your time pressing damage spells instead and resume with the healing priority once there is incoming damage, or about to be incoming damage.

You can prepare for incoming raid damage during downtime by using spells that last a while, so you have less to press once the damage hits. Example spells that are suited well for preparation are

Use your small cooldowns as frequently as possible to reduce how many fillers you have to cast. Under this category falls anything that's a minute or less, as these provide extremely efficient healing.

Use your filler spells whenever you're out of cooldowns to use. During raid-wide damage that is usually

Nothing to heal? Fall back into the damage rotation and occasionally use your small healing cooldowns in between. They don't need to be all kept on cooldown in this situation however.

Cooldown Usage for Restoration Shamans in Dragonflight
is a great tool to help us with something we're bad it - people not being stacked close to each other. But it is also just a high throughput tool in general so you'll most likely use it a lot of the time.

use 10-15 seconds later - this is optimization that you don't really need to do if you don't want to, it just maximizes the amount of cleave healing it does.
Due to its low cooldown and high mana efficiency you want to use it as often as possible, most of the time it doesn't matter if you only have 3 or 4

it copies your healing output and distributes it to friendly players, but unlike
instead of blindly doing that, it specifically targets 3 injured friendlies with the targets being able to change each time it heals. As each of those targets receive 25% of your healing output, its a healing increase of 75% for its duration (excluding totem healing outside of

Advanced Restoration Shaman Tips
isn't quite as simple as it sounds. When the cast finishes, the initial heal is calculated, including multipliers, Versatility and
if you have the buff active. After that, each bounce gets reduced by 30% and each bounce receives their own individual modifiers independent from each other (Mastery, Critical Strike,
) - that means that those cannot increase the healing of the following bounces, while
Target selection is important for

is a fully smart heal, always targeting most injured targets (most smart heals only target any random people from those who are injured, regardless of how much of their health is missing). Note that "most injured" means the person with the most numerical missing health, not percentage - if someone is at 5% and missing 40k health, but someone else is at 10% with 50k missing health, it will jump to the player with 10%, which is a bit counterproductive because your mastery works with health percentage.

When listing rotation, you allow the user to select Cloudburst Totem while not removing the line explaining to Healing Stream off cd. Other than that, great guide!
When you have multiple Riptide out and the targets are hurt, use Primordial Wave, followed by a Downpour.
This comes up even without downpour selected above, I think it's supposed to be healing wave instead?
