Overall great start to explaining post-Legion WW, I do have a slight disagreement with you on Energizing Brew vs Ascension. While Energizing Brew certainly yields more DPS than Ascension, it should also be noted that exceeding it is a pretty small margin, enough that you could really go either way. You are probably only looking at a 50-100 dps less which in the case of leveling isn't all that much. It should be further noted that between the two EB is kind of fixed whereas Ascension can be better by picking up more Haste. Though mid-late leveling when artifacts+leggos drop off you might consider EB more worth it, as you will start to feel the energy drain about 30 seconds into your rotation and having that extra boost, does help.

The other concern I had was WDP vs Serenity...given the way the Monk's mastery is built, it seems like Serenity attempts to counter that. There aren't very many chi spenders you can span around that time, SCK and BK would be great to alternate but RSK unless it resets is on a CD and that CD is unaffected by Serenity. Even in a single target situation, it seems like WDP would pick up more damage.

I use ascension for mythic groups over Fist of the White Tiger. The extra 20 energy and 10% regen helps keep your energy up so you should have next to no downtime. In 30 seconds that regen will give you back 30 energy, where fist will save you 10 in exchange for like 1500 more damage(50 dps ).
While I can't just go palm sunkick fist fury, palm sunkick palm blackout palm fury is just as fine for energy concerns and helps reduce the cooldown on sunkick more meaning I have less filler to make up for inbetween big attacks.

In the talent sections, you don't explain at all why some talents are better than others. Would be more useful to explain things.

I'm rather confused why interrupts were made an optional talent.
A lot of the time people don't interrupt important mechanics like fear or stun, now they literally can't if they decide to spend a talent point elsewhere.

You can tell Babs hasn't mained a monk since Legion. Dude just advocated for taking soothing mist which does less healing and cost more energy than spamming vivify. Babs also says in m+ WW monks should take rushing jade wind... which gets out dps'd by a single blackout kick with shadowboxing. Then for explanation as to why, you have to go to his site for click bait adds and patron requests. Seriously WoWhead get new guide writers. ** This dude just stole another M+ build and replaced his one with it. Then had his followers mass report my post commenting on how bad his original one was. This needs to be reported mods.

I love how the Mythic+ build says avoid Rushing Jade Wind, but the Mythic+ import code at the top of the page imports Rushing Jade Wind as a talent.
