Provides a 2% max HP heal to members of your party when you hit Rune Tap. Due to the fact that you typically Tap before the damage, and the fact that Tap is far from free, it only really gains value on prolonged damage periods (of which there are, actually, quite a few of). The nerf kinda ruined this even further.

At high ranks, this turns Lichborne into a defensive cooldown. At low ranks, it's unnoticeable. You'll be expecting 9% DR with the Mythic Nathria rank of this Conduit, which, while very small, isn't bad as an additional defensive.

When you cause your Death Strike to min-heal, it typically means you don't need the healing in the first place. This is a trap Conduit with zero applications.

This is the only Endurance Conduit with an offensive benefit, and the first Endurance conduit you should slot. 3 more seconds on Dancing Rune Weapon, and some max HP scaling nicely with rank. Synergizes really well with out set bonus, as it means we effectively have 11% extra HP all the time, every time.

Situationally awesome if you can cover more spells (or people!) with Anti-Magic Zone. Useless otherwise.

硬化骨骼 is another defensive in your arsenal. Simple, effective, neat.

Finally, if you absolutely need a third, pick 强化护壳 if you will use AMZ, or find a way to use AMZ if you don't currently use AMZ, then use 浓缩的心能之球.

血肉之盾 first and foremost, as it is both a DPS and survivability gain.

This page isn't updated for 9.1.5 and probably not even 9.1 given that it is still referencing Nathria stuff. I'd advise getting a new writer.

Sounds like, as of 9.2, this guide should be mentioning the Eternal Hunger conduit, what it's good for and how to think about when to use it.
