Similar to
德拉诺探路者
, there is an achievement series in Legion to earn flying.
破碎群岛探路者,第一章
is the first step towards earning flying in Legion.
破碎群岛探路者,第一章
is account-wide, so you can complete the following segments below on different characters!
Explore the 5 Legion questing zones (
破碎群岛探索者
)
Complete all major storylines in the Broken Isles (
军团博学者
)
Complete 100 different World Quests (
变化是生活的调味品
)
Complete your Class Order Campaign (
荣耀之战
)
Earn Revered with the 6 Broken Isles factions (
破碎群岛外交家
)
破碎群岛探路者,第一章
differs from
德拉诺探路者
in a few notable ways:
There are no treasure requirements.
The
苏拉玛楷模
requirement for
军团博学者
is significantly more intricate than anything required for
德拉诺的博学者
The second and final part of Broken Isles Pathfinder can be completed in Patch 7.2:
破碎群岛探路者,第二章
. This requires:
Complete the first part (
破碎群岛探路者,第一章
)
Complete a Legion Invasion in each zone - available the week of April 4th (
破碎群岛保卫者
)
This has been hotfixed out.
Explore the Broken Shore (
探索破碎海滩
)
Hit Revered with Armies of Legionfall (
抗魔联军指挥官
)
Flying will be account-wide!
Completion Tool
Not sure what achievement criteria you have left for
破碎群岛探路者,第一章
?
Simply go to
http://wowhead.com/flying
, hit Load Character, enter in character info, and see what you still have to complete! If you are interested in tracking
德拉诺探路者
, it will track that as well.
This tool is updated for 7.2 and will track new achievements when the patch goes live!
破碎群岛探索者
This achievement requires you to explore the five questing zones in Broken Isles:
探索阿苏纳
探索至高岭
探索苏拉玛
探索风暴峡湾
探索瓦尔莎拉
It does not require you to explore Eye of Azshara or the Broken Shore.
破碎群岛探索者
has account-wide progress, so you can explore different zones on different characters. The same character must explore each area of a single zone though.
Comments on the linked achievement pages include coordinates of each subzone, videos, and Tomtom waypoints.
We'll update this guide if any particular subzones require special information or are hard to find.
军团博学者
军团博学者
is an account-wide achievement that requires you to complete the major storylines in the five Broken Isles zones.
While the meta achievement is account-wide, completing the quest chains for individual zones is per-character progress. So while character A can complete
瓦尔莎拉,以上!
and character B can complete
微酷的故事
to give credit towards Loremaster of Draenor, character A cannot complete 2 questlines in
瓦尔莎拉,以上!
, and character B the rest.
微酷的故事
阿苏纳,玛塔塔
瓦尔莎拉,以上!
一山更比一山高
苏拉玛楷模
Four zones can be completed while leveling, and Suramar requires level 110. The achievement
苏拉玛楷模
is quite lengthy, requiring players to complete long questlines. There are both detailed comments on the
苏拉玛楷模
page and
Comprehensive Suramar Guide
to help you through this zone.
Profiler Quest Tracking
If you're not sure what Loremaster quests you have left, look up your character in
Wowhead's Profiler
.
Your character will be loaded details on what they've collected in-game including quests. The quests tab shows which quests are still incomplete and users can filter further by expansion and quest category to narrow it down.
If you Pin your character (option on the Profiler's top bar), you can see which quests are incomplete as you browse Wowhead. Completion information will be shown on Quick Facts pages, tooltips, and listviews from search results.
Not sure how to complete a specific quest? Look it up on Wowhead--many users have left great comments explaining all the details behind confusing quests.
变化是生活的调味品
You must complete 100 World Quests, which require level 110 and friendly with 5 Legion factions. There are several dozen World Quests up at once at the same time, so completing this should go quickly.
At level 110, max level, world quests appear in all Legion zones:
风暴峡湾
,
至高岭
,
瓦尔莎拉
,
苏拉玛
,
阿苏纳
. World quests with exceptionally good rewards have a small chance to spawn on
艾萨拉之眼
.
You must also hit Friendly with the 5 major Legion factions to unlock World Quests, in the quest
联合势力
. This will also award the handy teleport item
飞行管理员的哨子
.
World Quests all have different durations, with longer durations reserved for more challenging quests. They do not 'reset' at a certain time like daily quests.
There is no cap on the amount of World Quests you can complete a day. However, when you complete a quest, a new quest will not automatically spawn.
World Quests have a variety of rewards such as gear, Artifact Power, Order Resources, and gold.
World Quests are the same for everyone on your realm, so you can find people easily to complete group quests.
There are
hundreds of World Quests
and only a handful will be up at a time, so there is a low chance you will see the same quests repeatedly.
As World Quests and related Emissary quests grant reputation, you will naturally work towards
破碎群岛外交家
while completing this achievement.
Wowhead has developed a feature that shows what quests are active in-game.
On the front-page sidebar, you will see what Emissary quests are up and related quests.
On the
World Quests Tool
, you can see every single World Quest that is active. You can filter by reputation and quest types.
Learn more in the
World Quests Guide
.
破碎群岛外交家
破碎群岛外交家
requires revered with the six major Legion factions. To work on reputation, you'll complete a mix of story quests and world quests.
Nightfallen
Valarjar
Wardens
Dreamweavers
Highmountain Tribe
Court of Farondis
How to Hit Revered
Reputation with Valarjar, Dreamweavers, Highmountain Tribe, and Court of Farondis can be started while leveling. The Wardens and Nightfallen require level 110.
Story quests grant reputation. If you do the all the story quests in a particular zone, which you will need to for
军团博学者
, you will hit Honored with the related faction. At Honored, you can buy a map which reveals Treasures in the zone. This applies to Valarjar in Stormheim, Dreamweavers in Val'sharah, Highmountain Tribe in Highmountain, and Court of Farondis in Azsuna.
The Wardens is a level 110 faction that has no story quests associated with it.
The Nightfallen is also a level 110 faction; the storyline is more elaborate than that of the leveling zones and will take you through Exalted.
World quests in each zone give reputation, usually ranging from 75-350 reputation. If a World quest gives reputation, it will state it on the in-game tooltip. World quests are available on the map for varying amounts of time and require you to be 110. These send you to do different things like killing rares, elites, a number of regular mobs, or even winning a pet battle.
Wardens World Quests can spawn in any zone, while the other World Quests are tied to their Loremaster zone. They grant Wardens reputation as well as reputation with the associated faction for that zone.
An additional way to gain reputation is to complete 4 World quests for a featured faction. When you open up your map, you will see what the featured faction is at the bottom-left. You will gain additional reputation for completing this objective, as well as a cache of loot. You can have up to 3 active Emissary quests at once, so you don't need to worry about logging in every day to keep up with Emissary quests.
Kirin Tor Emissary Quests instead grant an insignia for a faction of your choosing; it's 1500 reputation for all factions except the Nightfallen, which is 750.
The
World Quests Page
tracks what quests are up, and you can filter by faction. In addition, the front page of Wowhead has a Today in Legion section in the sidebar listing the three Emissary Quests and related quests that count towards progress.
Tips for speeding up reputation:
耶!
: Darkmoon Faire buff-ride the carousel for a minute and you'll get reputation gains increased by 10% for an hour.
暗月大礼帽
: 10% reputation gain for 1 hour, from

暗月奖券
.

Learn how to hit Revered with Armies of Legionfall in our
Reputation Guide
.
Armies of Legionfall reputation is primarily earned through quests:
Unlocking the Broken Shore in
突袭破碎海滩
is 250 Reputation.
The quest step to recruit your new Class Champion,
抗魔联军勇士
, is 1500 Reputation.
Raid World quests like
萨格拉斯之墓:死后的生命
and
萨格拉斯之墓:刻骨铭心的伤痛
are 500 Reputation.
World Quests on the Broken Shore are 75 reputation.
Doing a daily turnin for a Broken Shore building construction is 150 reputation.
Various quests for
突袭墓穴
offer higher-than-average reputation. This was formerly required for flying, but has recently been removed.
To unlock the quartermaster, you must be level 110 and complete the
突袭破碎海滩
scenario in Patch 7.2.
One of the Mage Tower buffs can speed up reputation gains:
声望高绝
探索破碎海滩
This achievement is fairly straightforward; explore the new zone coming in Patch 7.2! There are special flying discs interspersed around the Broken Shore which can help you reach hard-to-find places.

Nice guide. Any indications on when this will actually help unlock actual flying? Because if it's a year from now, this might be a bit premature.

There will still be players who moan about not getting flying because its too hard and they are quitting the game because nobody loves them.

To get Loremaster done, you'll need close to Exalted rep with the Nightfallen (20k/21k Revered, to be precise).

Got this last night. Last thing I got was reputation with Valarjar. Could have gotten it five days ago.

"Guild Battle Standards increase reputation gains by 5% ( Banner of Cooperation), 10% ( Standard of Unity), and 15% ( Battle Standard of Coordination)."
I dont understand why this is in here.
You dont get rep from killing the monsters, only for completing the quests or clicking the rep tokens.
The battle standards only give you rep for killing monsters who reward rep.

Finally finished all of the treasures and rares last night. (besides two rare WQ mobs in highmountain.)
Phew. The hardest thing was
almost
the highmountain treasures.
Surimar was harder. Things still aren't perfectly clear in handy notes, You'll need to dig a little deeper where they send you and watch your map. for "extras"...
Just going to work the remaining reps to exalted, and wait for more land to be opened holding more to do.
I'm glad they did it this way, by the time it gets released there will be plenty of time for anyone who wants it to have most completed with some foresight.

Just curious but is there something wrong with the tracking? Right now it is showing me at 0 for Valarjar and the Nightfallen. I'm at 11,145/12,000 for Valarjar and 9,802/12,000 for Nightfallen though.

That disappointment when you unlock the Pathfinder achievement after two and a half months, thinking "Finally, I'm done with this tedious rep grind and can soar into the sky", only to realize that all you get is a measly +20% mount speed increase and you'll have to start rep grinding for an entirely new faction in 7.2 in order to get your flying skill. :'D

Druid travel form receives no bonus from completing 1st part ?
I noticed this today when I play my alt druid. Normally I use travel form in order to take advantage of no cast time. But I completed part 1 and got speed bonus on my main when use mounts. And then I tried, alt druid gets bonus when use mounts as well, but not when using travel form
Anyone confirm?

I'm beginning to HATE this ex-pac. I don't want to do dungeons with all of the rude people that pug them. But you HAVE to to finish the Class Hall Campaign. I hope the next x-pac doesn't push dungeons!

been trying to look back to find the % increase in ground mount speed. I thought I had read someplace it would be 20%. I only increased by 10% when I completed this. I take it that it is not stacking with guild perk?

I'm really starting to wonder if the developers at Bliz aren't in the process of taking flying out of the game.
In MOP, you had to reach max level with a character.
In Draenor, you had to complete a meta achievement to unlock flying.
And now in Legion, you've got a meta achievement to earn, and then wait until the next major patch comes out to learn what other incredible nonsense you have to accomplish before you can fly in Legion.
To me, the biggest advantage to being able to fly was leveling alts.
If players have already explored the continent and done enough to earn the meta achievement (as in Draenor), then why should players be forced to essentially do the exact same thing with alts?
And why delay "Part 2" if they aren't trying to get us used to the idea of not being able to fly?

Does anyone else think that the Paladin Class Mount is kind of lame? I mean we already have a class mount for Paladin that is a horse. I guess this one can fly, but I for one would probably prefer a different sort of creature. Like an epic glowing gryphon with a completely redesigned model or a winged lion that is not purple. (Although I do like the Winged Guardian)
If they are going to go the horse route, then I'd like a Unicorn for goodness sakes!

I really appreciate the Pathfinder progress lookup. However it would be appreciated if the progress toward
变化是生活的调味品
showed a percentage or a count rather than just "Incomplete". Ultimately helpful would be a drill through or additional list of specifically which ones have not been completed. Its hard to remember them all by name when your skimming availability on the map each day, especially when some have the same or very similar names.

The description for

There are hundreds of World Quests and only a handful will be up at a time, so there is a low chance you will see the same quests repeatedly.
Not sure what is meant here but for me it feels like I'm doing the same world quests for 7 months.
Paragon levels for reputation and world scaling with item level points at it's intended we will/should do this same content for at least an other 7 month.

Kudos for this excellent guide. I would suggest you please add an advisory: players may need to log out of the world and back in, in order for the flying to activate. This was true in my case, which may or may not have been due to temporary addon interference. Regardless, if you find also that you cannot immediately take flight on completion of the meta, then try simply logging out and in.

I'll be grinding on Warden rep long after everything else is done. I was finishing Friendly when I started grinding for flying. I was revered or exalted on all the rest.
Legion rep is going at least twice as fast as Warden rep. Every day I do any Warden world quests and Kirin Tor when its up.
I hope they increase Warden World quests..

why buy a treasure map when the vast majority of people use handy notes and legion treasure for? surely blizzard know this, and so making it a big deal is a bit churlish given the fact every single treasure location is available from the mod!

"We've worked hard on these quests and scenarios, and you will do them all not because you want to, but because you MUST see all of the neat things that we've created!" It seems to me that is the prevailing attitude at Blizzard. Flying is the carrot that forces us to finish a gawdawfully long and tedious questline in Suramar, which quite honestly I would have avoided like the plague if I weren't forced to do it in order to unlock flying.
But happily, once I've unlocked flying I can go back to doing the things that I want to do, not the things that Blizzard has decided that I must do in order to fully enjoy (?) all of the marvellous (?) things that the devs have created for this xpac.

Well, this is it. This expac has officially broken me and driven me away from WOW, returning only to RP and talk to the one or two people I might still actually want to talk to on WOW. Yeah, I am a Moon Guard player, bear with me.
Way back when, when the Isle Of Quel'Danas was a thing and both kinds of flying cost you thousands of gold, I was pretty ignorant of the ways in which one could make gold in the game. Partly because I do not learn things the way the game expects me to. But long story short, what I ended up doing was playing the daily quests on the Isle all day. Each out of ten toons, all doing every daily on the Isle, all to save up whatever gold I did not already have on them for flying. It was maybe when I had two or three toons left that someone clued me in on add-ons like Auctioneer, but that is really beside the point.
Compared to the unlocking of flight in Warlords Of Draenor, grinding dailies every day for weeks on end feels like having a sex party with every member of the opposite (or same if you are that way inclined) sex that you have ever felt any real desire for. And from what I am reading in this guide, Blizzard obviously did not get the memo that getting flight in Draenor was one of the worst, most excruciating things about that expac. They doubled down. Apparently, they think we like it.
So Blizzard, if you read these posts, mark my words. The day that the RPer on Moon Guard who plays as a Draenei chef called Breel leaves WOW, so will I. Because games are not supposed to make the player feel like they are doing a massive homework assignment or putting together a major commercial proposal for a lawyer. ***Games. Are. Supposed. To. Make. The. Player. Feel. Good.*** This principle applies with every game. When I played baseball, it made me feel good. When I play Fallout 4, it usually makes me feel good. When I get a curebie-killing streak going on in Mass Effect Andromeda (yes, folks, to me, Kett == curebies, deal with it), it feels good in a way that I hope my sister's children never get to understand.
Playing WOW no longer feels good for me, and the way Blizzard expects me to unlock flying in the Broken Isles is a perfect expression of why. People might have moaned and complained about having to save up four grand of gold in every expac, but compared to Warlords Of Draenor and Legion, the process of accumulating thousands of gold was like hearing the Type O Negative version of Black Sabbath (or the Carnivore song Jesus Hitler) for the first time.
I would tell Blizzard that I am disappointed. Actually, no, I am not going to make that joke about how I cannot be disappointed because my expectations are low. I totally expect Blizzard to find some way to mess up some vital aspect of the game. I expect to be disappointed. But as of now, I am infuriated, angered to the point of wanting to ask what I did to make Blizzard hate me so much.
Blizzard, what did I do that made you decide you wanted to make being able to fly in your latest expac feel like waking up will a full bladder after invasive surgery?

I am a very casual player. I enjoy traveling the various areas, or at least I used to, completing a few quests in random order and chatting at times with others. I am not a "good" player as I have no desire to research my character in order to join group raids and play my part well. I WANT TO FLY! But I don't understand how to use this guide and it looks extremely daunting anyway. This is why I quit a couple of years ago, I never did get to fly in Pandaria. What is the purpose in the requirements for flight and can someone direct me to an easy guide, (step by step) please? I don't want to quit as this used to help me relax, but it's getting too complicated. Are there any allowances made for those of us who are over 65 and do have another life?

I recently came back to wow after only trying Legion when it came out - max i got to was 106. In the 40ish days I've been back I've leveled up four 110's, and a few other toons to the mid 90's/100's and I just got this achievement on my main. I would say if I had tried harder I could have had it in 3 weeks maybe. So while you can't just grind it out in a day or two like you could if they offered flying via gold, I really don't think a few weeks is that bad personally.

I am now resigned to the fact I will never fly in Broken Isles. All I need to do to finish Pathfinder part one is good suramaritan and there's no way I can finish that. I'm stuck at the quest to kill Xavius in the Emerald Nightmare. I can't complete that raid, I've tried and failed so many times I will never willingly go there again. You'd have to drag me in kicking and screaming. I hate it. Why put a compulsory raid in the normal storyline. It's way beyond stupid, it's cruel and sadistic. So from now on, I'm just going to get my characters to 110, complete their class campaign, then abandon them to level another alt. I won't worry about the class mounts, what's the point if I can't use them? My druid is going to get quietly drunk in a corner because he doesn't get one, and my low-level characters are going to have some fun instead. If I can't fly I'll be a character who's too young to fly, then I won't get so frustrated. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if Blizzard are going to make stupid requirements for achievements such as PVP and raid kills they should state it up front so we can decide whether to even bother starting those chains. Not everyone can or wants to do those. I don't. I couldn't complete Hellfire Citadel during the Draenor expansion so I guess I'll have to wait a year or two for the next one before I take to the skies; if there's anyone who wants to raid EN by then.

It is very annoying the way this is going. I am simply drained trying to get flying in legion having taken ages to get flying in Draenor, it's just too hard. Making things harder isn't improving the game it's just generating revenue for Blizz? The longer we play the more they earn and although it's good to achieve things Bliz should try and be creative for the achievement hounds and not penalise players like me who have been so loyal, played for years and really who's only reason to STOP playing is how hard flying is to achieve. seriously... I am thinking of cancelling my subs because the game is just no fun anymore. All the riding around looking for things, in the basic game is so irritating let alone the now mandatory dungeons and even a raid?. Even with the map marks it's still ages sometime to find something underground or above the character and frankly I don't much like other players (mostly because you seem to get kicked at he drop of a hat these days) and raiding is beyond me and shouldn't be imposed on me. I am a customer after all?. As to the time and effort designers have put in well simply remember things actually look better from the air and very few are actually going to see much of these new, lovely areas because most players are now levelling to max and then staying elsewhere. It's become a chore, a burden, trying to simply recover skills I already had (how can my druid have forgotten how to turn into a bird?). It's rubbish from all perspectives and that's no good at all. It's really sad for me but I think WOW is soon to be gone from my life and then I'm really screwed... what will I do with my time?

When they gave us flying, it was THE BEST thing ever!
Now in zones where we need flying, the zones where we spend most of our time, the zones ANYTHING useful is in, they have taken it away. Now we must finish quests in all zones, explore all zones, be everyone's BEST FRIEND (revered? with them all? really?) in all zones, do all this extra crap AND THEN WE FLY.
I've been playing for too long for this sass.
I get that Achievements are extra and are supposed to be challenging, but they've taken it too far. I used to be able to raid all day and do all this extra stuff like it was a full time job, but now I'm part time because I have a life and I can't even enjoy the game because it's made for people who can put in the full time. I should only have to pay half the price for only being able to achieve half the content.
*I'd like to slap whoever decided to make it so hard for casual players. We're casual players because we have to be, we would love to be everyone's best friend and spend 25 hours a day trying to achieve your required greatness but we just can't.

I started playing WOW again recently and have encountered the same issues many have spoken of regarding flying. I can see why Blizz have imposed this on players, the facets of the achievement cover, now obsolete achievements, like reputation and exploration which no one would bother with if there was no reward and forcing players to have a go at raiding and dungeons, which with the ridiculous kick function is also something only the hardcore players like to do, so Blizz are forcing us to do these thngs or not have the best part of the game at our disposal. A very sad state of affairs for the casual player.
As I can’t play without flying I have two choices.
1. Play something else were the game designers are considerate of the players.
2. Just do it.
I chose option 2. I know I’m helping condone this nasty practice but I just couldn’t give up the game just yet.
So how long did it take me? Well… I play about 15 hours a week and have been back for 3 months, so with a bit of messing about with the garrison in WoD, both WoD and Legion flying is all I've been doing. It was basically horrible doing it, all that riding back and forth was awful but I did it, up hill, down dale. I did it with a Demon Hunter who can launch himself off cliffs and fly (downwards at least) to a destination, used the whistle thing as often as possible and just focussed on the flying achievement, NOTHING else at all; Lore, Story, everything else ignored. I just queued for necessary raids and dungeons which turned out to be quite easy actually (I just followed the crowd, only got kicked twice). Yes, it was a complete mess with Illidan being alive before I found his body and some other confusing things happening, but ignore/decline was my friend and though it spoilt it a bit, I was a man possessed!
There are no tricks or short cuts it’s just a massive grind, spoils the game, but it was worth it, if only because my other characters won’t have to do it and I can now play another character, that I actually like, and get into the story.
I now fear the next expansion but Blizz are a power unto themselves and as long as we pay, couldn’t care less how we actually feel about playing, the epitome of 21st century customer care.

I like wow still too I just hate the grinding for Legion flying, I got started kinda late on this expansion but its honestly been one of the more fun ones for me, just feels like there is more to do, but i hate wasting so much time to grinding for the flying, yeah it will be worth it, but so far thats all i've been doing lol

yeah, this mid set on the devs just pushes people in the hands of the "boosters" because not all people have the time to grind out their stupid achievements, seems WoW is doing worse and worse since hazicostas took over... starting with the mandatory pvp in the cloak progression in mists...

Not worth it - I have something of a life to live in the real world.

Sigh...
I guess because I am only one person, it won't really make much of a difference, but I think it is bull*!@# to force me to do dungeons and raids and global quests that require groups to finish.
I don't like to group up. I am not good at it.
The groups don't like me and eventually kick me from the group.
It's bad enough that I am being forced to try and get exaltation with specific factions just to have access to the new races that I PAID FOR with my purchase of the expansion.
I even purchased in advance for the perks...
and now it is not likely that I will ever have access to the new races.
disgruntled.
frustrated.
rather angry.

Been playing since WotLK release date and have met all other criteria toward flying at every expac. It's always a grind of some sort in every new content release. The Pathfinder requirement has been the most challenging of all (though not in comparison to those who played Vanilla and BC prior to me joining WoW).
Flying is now something hard to live without in WoW. I did achieve WoD Flying fairly early on. But back then, I was able to focus more on getting that flying, but not much else. I even missed out on a lot of the exciting Hellfire Citadel achievements and lore. Since I relocated back to my home state, and focused more on building my home business, very sick family with inevitable death on their doorsteps knocking, kids getting engaged, and basically "life" happening so to speak, I contented myself with Draenor Flying and working on other achievements I really wanted for most of Legion's expac duration. I am not one who acquired the legendaries I wanted nor the raid lore story lines I have *loved* since WotLK.
Now that BFA is on the brink of being released in a few months, and I am a BFA Beta tester, I harshly realize just how much my lack of Legion Flying has me crippled to ground mounts while everyone else rushes in on their flying mounts to get to my WQ objectives (as I grind this achievement out now, May 2018) before I get to my objectives and leave me waiting for respawns. I've been torn between testing BFA Beta and grinding out what I need to do to catch up.
This Legion Pathfinder though is by far the most difficult grind I have ever done. The most PITA grind I have ever done.
The bad news is, there will be another Pathfinder grind for BFA. The good news is that the Blizzard WoW Dev's have listened to the complaints many have had over Legion Pathfinder, and while some achievements *will* still be challenging to accomplish (like the nigh impossible horse-jumping achievement required), they are not making BFA Pathfinder *as challenging* as this Legion requirement.
Wish me luck. I'm only 1/2 way through Legion Pathfinder.

I seem to not be understanding what WoW actualy is. When I bought it I was under the impression that it was a Multiplayer game. Yet I log into the comments of this achievement which by the way is one of the greatest things in existance and all I see is people blowing a fuse over the fact they need to lfr or lfg 1 raid and 2 dungeons? No offense guys but it is an exceptionaly simple matter. You have very little time, you prefer to play something else or have something else on your mind. Good thats okay, you still have lfr and rdf hc to enjoy all the content at an easier level, but the players who truly put in time should have more than you and this is how it works. It is respectable to have stuff to do outside of WoW but you cannot expect to be handed something as massive as flying on a silver platter just because you cannot grind it yourself. I have loved every second of maneuvering around terrain in every legion zone which is built truly amazingly with great quests, npcs etc. . And have a thought, the idea of flying is that it now shortens the time and makes it easier on those who have worked their asses off on the isles and are now fed up with them, this means having done literaly all the quests wquests and exploration, im sorry but if you cant hit revered with a faction when questing puts you halfway through honored you do not deserve to soar to the skies. Oh and NO you do not pay Blizzard for the new races and you do NOT pay Blizzzard to fly, you pay Blizz to be presented with a challenge to overcome, grasp it, handle it, or wallow on your groundmount such is life.

I really hate not being able to do dungeons by myself I am a loner and only solo so I can never finish anything in this game. I understand dungeons are hard that`s fine so make it hard to solo just not impossible.

So, I'm trying to do Stormheim, Highmountain, Val'sharah, Suramar, Azsuna world quests for Variety is the Spice of Life and it seems only some of the world quests count for this not all the world quest. For example, i did 3-4 random world quests in Azuna and Suramar and i din't count. I still have 70 to do. Any ideea why ? Thanks !

I've played WoW since Burning Crusade, but gave it a break for a few years and started playing again two months ago. At the time of this writing, I have a lot of free time, so I've played pretty much 6-8 hours a day... every day for the past two months. That's approximately 336 hours I've put into it so far. I still don't have the flying achievement. I'm in Suramar Hell right now, grinding, grinding, grinding. All the while I'm also waiting (for hours most of the time) in the group finder. And getting a raid for together for this old content, yeah, good luck. On top of that, much of the Wowhead content help is outdated, leaving me feeling like I'm in a fog. It truly sucks. I just want to enjoy WoW again.
Legion is not fun and I feel like when I finally do get the flying achievement the xpac content will be finished and it will be time to move onto BfA... for more flying achievement grinding. Hopefully Blizzard listened to all the complaints I'm reading here and didn't make the requirement so ridiculous.
I wonder what was the point of collecting over 100 flying mounts all these years when I can use not a one of them in Legion without jumping through all these hoops.
If I could get a refund for the Legion xpac I would request it.

Everyone talks about doing the Pathfinder quests to fly. My brother just joined me in the game and he never did the pathfider for Dreanor or Legion and could fly in both places but when he got to BFA he couldn't fly. This is his main character. Not sure what's going on with this.
