1) Your link is FUBAR, I really don't think you wanted to give us 5/34/0
2) Vindication remains worthless for tanking, MT or OT, because the effect on mobs is virtually non-existant
3) Conversely, JotJ is one of your best mitigation options
4) As you're talking about a 3.1 build, you have no idea whether Divine Sacrifice will be of use in Ulduar or not

I don't know what the problem is if the links are working for you two. For the 1st link I'm getting the same 5/34/0 build Dunsinane is getting, and the 2nd link gives me a messed up 5/47/1.
As far as Vindication goes, it may work on trash, but trash isn't a problem. If nothing else, I'd expect you to open with a Judgment, since I'm assuming you are using the
LoO.
Even if you don't want the debuff from JotJ, it is still a huge instant buff to ShoR damage and threat. Even if you don't focus on a single mob. I usually end up just tabbing through hitting a group with HotR and picking up any other stragglers with ShoR or melees.
About the reducing the attributes thing, the thing is it only reduces the actual attributes. It does not actually reduce the HP and AP of a mob, only the Stamina and Strength. The mobs in raiding content have very low stats and large HP/AP. For example, say you hit a mob with 200,000 HP and Vindication procc'd. It would not lower its HP by 40,000, only by 20% of the Stamina it has which is a much lower number.
Edit: Maybe to clarify. Having 200,000 HP does not mean a mob has 20,000 Stamina. It may only have 500 with a lot of +HP, so you would only be lowering its HP by 1,000. Ditto for Strength/AP.

2.) On boss fights, yes. On big trash pulls, though? I see it popping up on every mob I click.
3.) I don't judge often during trash, and that's pretty much the only time JotJ would be useful.
4.) Aye. We'll have to see how AoE heavy things get.
Okay - more detail:
Vindication - the reason this is not a tanking talent is because mobs do not utilize stats in the way a player does. For example, as a tank, you probably have around 2000 stamina. If Vindication hit you, you would lose approximately 200 stamina and approximately 10% of your health.
A mob with the same amount of health as you might have 30 stamina and a +20k health bonus. Hitting this mob with Vindication will hardly even move its health bar. The same applies to all mobs in the game and is true across all stats. This is why Vindication is a PvP talent, not PvE.
You should judge at every opportunity when fighting trash, both for the threat and the mitigation from the BV libram. The assertion that slowing down the attack speed of a boss by 20% as part of your natural rotation isn't useful astounds me. Most bosses do a significant amount of their damage through white attacks. Why *wouldn't* you want 20% less of them?
And to clarify, as it used to come up all the time -
Judgements of the Just works on bosses
Benediction is nice for 5 mans since, at this point, my mitigation is so high that the healers don't need to heal me as much.
Tankadin rule #1 - if you're having mana troubles, you aren't pulling enough mobs.

Reducing ALL the targets attributes by 20%? That means their health, their attack power, everything
SO wrong. Seriously, go up to a mob and hit it and watch the vindication buff go up, and watch how far its health bar goes down. You will see a
SMALL
decrease in health. It doesn't directly affect health and attack power, it affects stats like stam and str. They don't even have real stats, they just have large health pools and hit harder. So lowering their stats by 20% is going to be so small that the rest of your raid wont even notice it. Complete waste of 2 points.
Heres a suggestion. This goes before any talent spec or gear you can ever get. Invest in a brain. Maybe if your not a complete dumbass you won't get eaten alive in Ulduar.
Oh yeah as far as benediction, any tank I see who takes it gets put on the 'don't run with this guy, hes horrible' list on my guilds site. It might have been helpful in TBC, but not now. You might think that 10% less mana per cast is good, but all it does is delay you running out of mana. If you run out of mana in 30 seconds without benediction, then your going to run out of mana in 33 seconds with benediction. Was that extra 3 seconds worth it?
