Honor Hold Favor, WORTH it?

According to the comments on the item page, the Favor is a self-applied buff, meaning that the buff is on you, not on a particular location in the instance.

The buff does not persist through death however, and from what I can tell the buff only increases your XP and rep gains, not the entire party's. But I have not ever used it personally so I cannot verify that second statement.

Well look at your options ...

How close are you to getting it? If you are... then do you plan on purchasing something from Honor Hold once you get the the reputation? If so then great then you'll have two benefits from this... the reputation increase and the 5% extra bonus experience you get but don't forget to use it. I don't believe it is a buff for party members.

If your not so close to getting it. I wouldn't bother and continue on your questing assuming your not at your end game.
