"Yea, a bad crash, but I managed to get away without too much trouble. I've been stuck on this island for too long," he said, picking the gem up again and studying it.

"What have you done to pass all this time?" he asked.

She smiled at him, and tapped her sketch book. "I've soaked up as much knowledge as I can. Mostly from observing, as I have yet to meet a pandaren who is high enough in status to teach me much about the history of this land. This culture is a rich one, and I intend to study it so it can go down in history like the rest of the events on Azeroth and beyond." She chuckled. "I also read. I have many books in the small shack that I have built on the coast. But, to be honest, I havn't really met a lot of people here, so I've spent much of my time alone."

"Well, that's a shame then," he said, turning back to her, "the alone part, not the going in history," he said quickly, putting the gem into his pocket.

"This small town won't be the place to find any Panderian with a status, have you ever considered going to the capital?" he asked.

The historian shook her head. "I'm not sure of the way there, and the pandaren don't seem to keen on sharing the information." She chuckled, and tucked her curls behind her ears. "I may be high in status with the races of Azeroth, but not here. I'm just an ordinary person. Do you know a way to get to the capital?"

"Of course," he said, snapping his fingers, an arcane orb floating in the air nearby.

"All capitals have a powerful aura because of shields to protect the cities. As a mage, I can naturally sense the magic, so I probaly could end up teleporting to roughly outside the city," he said. The arcane orb vibrated magic, beginning to attempt and create a rift.

"Well, I should be able to anyway," he said.

Character: Sanji Thunderblade
Description: A male pandaren wardancer, Sanji is captain of a small squad of guards in Zhanshi. In his youth, he travelled in Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms to learn about the other races of Azeroth, being most fascinated by the dwarves of Ironforge and dwelling for some time with taurens, learning the languages of both races. He fought demons with passion wherever he encountered them, and mastered the art of battle. Even now, in his senior years, he hasn't forgotten much - although he rarely finds himself having to unsheath his katana.

Sanji had just heard the news of the goblin ship. Not often we get a visit, he thought to himself as he absent-mindedly grabbed the arm of a youngling attempting to steal from a merchant. Though they'll likely be gone in a week at most, when they've repaired their ship.
It had upset him mildly when he heard there had been magic flying around in Mishi. Blood elves and their arrogance... he shook his head. If only they would approach others with a little more open mind, they could learn so much and be so much more.
He held no particular grudge against other races, but he liked them where they were supposed to be - in Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, not in Pandaria.
