I'd first recommend trying out what your doing for a few runs, and if you continue to have trouble, then you know it's most likely you and not everyone else. It would also be nice to know if by "trouble," you mean ooming or not being able to heal everyone.
If you oom, check which heals have the most over healing for you and cut back on those. If you can't heal everyone through, you pretty much just need to get better gear.
Your a healer, you don't have a rotation. The only time you might have a "rotation" is why your focusing on one target, and one target only. As disc, I personally never use GHeal, however, many disc priests find it beneficial to use after a
BT proc.
You also never mentioned PoM...this is one of the best AoE healing spells in the game. If it lands on you, great! Just cast SW:D on the boss, and watch as the damage you take is magically healed and the PoM resumes its magical trek through the rest of the party.
Btw, a link to your armory would be very beneficial (or at least your talent spec and gear you use to heal in; b/c chances are, you'll log off as shadow).
