I've tweaked it a bit here. Holy Guidance isn't as useful as you might think since you won't be stacking a huge amount of int for PvP healing. I took those points and moved them into some very helpful Ret talents you missed, including Vindication, Sanctified Retribution, and Judgements of the Wise, which is basically required for long drawn out BG battles, and can be life saving against mana burns. Deflection isn't hugely useful for PvP healing. If anyone attacks you from behind or you're casting when attacked it's useless. I've also taken Aura Mastery, which can be life saving when used with concentration aura. Having said all that, you do have some freedom with the last few points in this kind of build, since there are a few good choices to choose from.
I'd also recommend getting rid of glyph of judgement and SoR. This isn't a damage dealing build. Anyone with a healer or even with healing spells will be able to survive your damage if no one is helping you, and for the most part you'll be healing the people helping you. That's not to say you shouldn't be thinking about doing any damage at all with this build, but you'll be healing much more than attacking, so you'd benefit more from more defensive glyphs.
