You CAN complete 兰尼德的奶酪 on alts to obtain MULTIPLE Eversong Party Platter.
You only need to learn Northrend Cooking. No extra skill level is required.

NOTE: This is part of ROTATING daily quests and is not available every day.

The wine glasses can be found in A Hero's Welcome (the Alliance inn where 凯瑟琳·李 is), The Legerdemain Lounge, and One More Glass cheese shop.
The cheese can spawn in multiple locations in the cheese shop.

The quest was not there for me. I checked and it said I had already completed it, it only offered a quest called "Convention at the Legerdemain". I logged in an alt and she only offered me that same quest. Any idea on how I can get the Cheese for Glowergold quest? Both main and alt have Northern Cooking.
