If Delves are supposed to be their own direction for end-game content, shouldn't "Completing all delves on tier 11 difficulty" or some such be one of the possible feats for this achievement?

Not giving a piece of tier and only giving a catalyst charge is quite @#$%^&*.

Does anyone know when/how you get the second catalyst? I hit the 1600 pvp achievement and have received nothing.

For anyone like myself who did this achiev and did not get any catalyst charges, just use "Essence of Kaja'mite" in your inventory

For anyone wondering, this achievement and the reward are not account-wide. The extra catalyst charge applies only to characters who earn the achievement and use the 结晶的卡亚矿石精华

PSA: completing any of the criteria grants the achievement and Essence of Kaja'mite, there's no second charge for completing a second criteria.

So if I get AOTC first I don't get another charge for my Catalyst if I hit 2000 Rating in Mythic+?
