Timegated storylines
There are two timegated storylines in this achievement:

锐击之钢 : Blizzard states that a day after the questgiver moves to the new position, you can continue the questchain via 鹰眼，鹰殒 and 调味生活. See official hotfix notes here.
苍穹之忆: Is a weekly timegate. The next quest in the line pops up after the weekly reset.

Everything is a work in progress, and will be corrected throughout the beta and release.
Storylines have been tested on a sub-80 character with adventure mode enabled, and a level 80 with all possible story quests done.

As of today im not able (char is lvl 80 and finished campaign) to find all quests.

atm you cannot do Sojourner of Hallowfall in one week. the only reason is because "memories of the sky" you have to turn in total of 9 memento's that you receive from a quest giver however the quest giver gives only 3 a week

Update: GMs reported back that this is not a bug, some quests will only unlock after official release and can't be completed yet. Unclear if it will work right after release or in the upcoming weeks but at least it's not a bug. The missing quests can be completed eventually to unlock the achievement.

Today I logged on after leveling my cooking in TWW and I was able to complete Striking Steel - not sure if it's cooking gated as the quest is a cooking event and gives you a recipe at the end. Hope it helps

I'm currently looking at this in my achievement pane with every item checked off, yet the achievement is not being awarded. Not sure if Blizzard is trying to implement a change or what.

ETA 9/7/24 - I still have not been awarded the achievement. I did the last of the quests returning missing items to their owners. I did several quests on several alts. Nothing. Submitted a bug report, will update when I finally get it...

I just logged onto an alt and was immediately given this quest despite having done all other requirements but only one week of collecting objects and handing them out. Probably got hotfixed, thank god!
