I achieved this after having done tha Azj'Kahet campaign. I went into the City of Threads, stood close to a guard on my mount (a guard with the true sight icon above their head). This got my pheromone buff removed for 1 minute, after flying away and lingering in the city a 苏雷吉根除者 showed up and began casting 根除者的标记 on me. After 10 stacks I was promptly kicked out and earned the achievement.

As of 29th of August being mounted doesen't work. You have to dismount to get your pheromone removed, then kill the guard while the Sureki Eradicator casts 10stacks of the spell on you

You can get this achievement during your Azj-Kahet campaign as well.

I have been on the quest Like a Spider on the Wall and for the "Attempt to Meet Meesk" part, needed to engage a conversation with Nana Lek'kel.

During the dialogue, I selected the slightly annoying options (not the ones marked blue for Quest), Nana got annoyed, webbed me and got me expunged, together with my new achievement!

After you get kicked out and get the Trapped debuff, you need to click the webs on your character a couple of times to break free - or you wait 5 minutes until the debuff expires.

The Eradicators are not all over the place in the city. They seem to only be in the upper north-eastern part of the city (when looking at the map of the city).

I was completely oblivious to this achievement until it happened. I was doing the quest to place bugs in the city when a an Eradicator - from some distance away - started attacking me. I fought back and got ejected and the achievement popped up

Note that if you bought Queen's Pheromone's and thus can't get the attention of the guards normally, you can simply attack them (any with the eye symbol above their head in City of Threads) and a Sureki Eradicator will spawn and begin casting Eradicator's Mark- after 10 stacks you will be kicked out and earn the achievement.

A spot that always worked was /way 60.79 25.85.
Attack the sentry, eradicator will spawn.
Not done it in campaign with quest, but after. Good luck!
