You can not upgrade any mythic item from +0 dungeons anymore into a T-Set at the catalysator to make this achievment done easier. You have to watch out for the rank of the item and the source, as shown in the table below:

Explorer - Item level 415 to 437 - Can NOT be converted into T-Set
Adventurer - Item level 428 to 450 - Can NOT be converted into T-Set

Veteran - Item level 441 to 463 - CAN be converted into LFR Items
Keystone +2 to +8 End of Dungeon Loot

Champion - Item level 454 to 476 - CAN be converted into NORMAL Items
Keystone +9 to +16 End of Dungeon Loot

Hero - Item level 467 to 483 - CAN be converted into HEROIC Items
Keystone +17 to +20 End of Dungeon Loot

Myth - Item level 480 to 489 - CAN be converted into MYTHIC Items
Keystone +16 to +20 Weekly Reward

There seem to be exceptions of Items that can also be converted, such as the Items from the Zidormi Timerifts or world bosses in Zaralekk Cave, some people have mentioned. But I was not yet able to check this/try this out.

I have no idea where the wrists or cloaks drop. I can't find any data. Is this even completable?

Just a quick note.. You can still collect your season set achievements using the catalyst by using epic event drops (480-489) from Dragonflight. The drop rate was fantastic around xmas 2024, lately (Mid Jan 2025) the drop rate seems to have cooled with more rares/less epic gear dropping. So my Mage was able to get the full amirdrassil LFR set, sadly all specs yeilded the same set. Its different on each class though! My Warlock gets Aberrus. I notcied this only recently and had to restore some legs I disenchanted to get 9/9 parts done & ticked off...

If anybody knows why the epic drop rate seems nerfed lately, I'd love any tips for my Warlock as she's stuck on 7/9 and really dont want to have to grind the entire instance each week.

This might be a bit easier now that Dragonflight has Legacy Loot enabled in Midnight. You will probably have a hard time soloing some bosses, like Fyrakk.

Run through the raid and collect the tier tokens and keep pieces of gear that match your armor type. Once you've finished, you can use the Dragonflight catalyst to turn items into your tier set.

You should have an infinite amount of Dragonflight catalyst charges because all of DF seasons have ended.
