These interactable stones are tucked throughout the zone. When clicked on they display the following message.

<The ancient stone senses your presence. Very slowly, it begins to emit a beautiful luminescence which lasts for a fleeting moment before fading.

Perhaps it is waiting for something.>

All coordinates are below, and all credit for finding them goes to the fine people of the Secret Finding Discord. I went through all of them on PTR to see which stone corresponded with which achievement criteria.

It should be noted that on 10.1 PTR as of 3/10/23 the criteria are just (placeholders) so this is likely to be updated in the future. When it does I will update these comments as well. There is currently no reward besides achievement points.

Well, I will just add in here for anyone trying to get the achievement that this one is a little harder with everyone in the newer areas now. The one called "One Small Part" entrance coordinates might be right, but you have to go down to the bottom... way down. When you get to where it splits, go to the right. If you are not very geared, take a friend. LOTS of mobs on the way now!

A little addendum to the information provided below.

Reading the tablets doesn't seem to register in the Summary of Achievements (Y-key). At least it didn't update for me. I had clicked on a few of these months ago and there was no indication in the achievement progress that I had done that. However, when one does finally click on the fifth and final stone, the achievement is given.

These have been updated!

The old message "<The ancient stone senses your presence. Very slowly, it begins to emit a beautiful luminescence which lasts for a fleeting moment before fading.

Perhaps it is waiting for something.>" was in fact placeholder dialogue, and as of 10.2 every Ancient Stone has new flavor text relating to the zone and area they're in. If you already got the achievement, that still counts, but it's well worth revisiting them if you like lore!
