The various treasures each have lots of spawn locations. With the exception of the Forbidden Hoard they are not indicated on your map in any way but they do have the signature purple outline shared by many lesser treasures this expansion. Using Anomaly Detection can help greatly with seeing them while flying around.

While there are too many coordinates for me to know them all based on limited PTR testing, I can list the coordinates I found mine and suggest you look in the general thematically relevant locations (like looking near the Farscale Naga for your Farscale Cache).

Forbidden Hoard - Spawns all over the Reach. It will show on your map when it's up. Defeat the nearby mobs to unlock it.
Avian Trove - Spawns all over the Reach, usually near the base of trees.
Obsidian Coffer - Spawns all over the Reach, but I've had a lot of success near and in the War Creche.
Spellsworn Reserves - Spawns in the War Creche near all the Elite Spellsworn mobs.
Bone Pile - Spawns all over the Reach, maybe slightly more commonly on Dragonskull Island but that could be anecdotal.
Farscale Cache - Spawns anywhere where you can find Farscale Naga, like the Siege Creche or the eastern shores of the Reach.
Irontide Stash - Spawns on the small islands and coasts where the Irontide Pirates are found.
Storm-Eater Cairn - Spawns all over the Stormsunder Crater in front of the Siege Creche.
Stonescaled Cairn - Spawns all over the Stormsunder Crater in front of the Siege Creche.
Blazing Cairn - Spawns all over the Stormsunder Crater in front of the Siege Creche.
Frozenheart Cairn - Spawns all over the Stormsunder Crater in front of the Siege Creche as well as Froststone Peak.
Morqut Provisions - Have yet to find one so it may be bugged on the PTR but the name would suggest you'd find them on or near Morqut Islet.

This time the spawn of all treasures is random and you will be able to find them all owner the island.
Most important treasure is 禁忌宝藏 because it can contain a key for the Zskera Vault dungeon rooms

Don't know about you guys, but my Morqut Provisions did not shown up on the minimap like the other treasures (had the reliquary buff up of course). So keep your eyes open just in case;) Found them at /way 38.97, 70.53

Don't forget to use your 异常探测器Mk I型. This will show the treasures from farther away and through walls.

I think when it doesn't show up with the treasure buff it's still the old bug like other treasures (explorer's bag for example). When someone loots one treasure it will be still there, but disappears from the minimap. That's why we can't find as much and some are really hard to spot. I personally experienced many many times.

Hopefully it will get fixed, but since it exists from the beginning of the expansion, I don't have high hopes. So Anomaly detection and open eyes for now. :(

For the love of jesus, just buy The Reliquary Scroll of Perception purchased from Cataloger Daela, this will mark these treasures on your minimap for 1 hour, making them trivial to farm.

Seems like all I find are Bone Piles zzz I have found at least 2 Bone Piles in the same locations, so spawn locations are static but varied

Use Reliquary Scroll of Perception for this.
But, Blazing Cairn and Morqut Provisions don't show up from that. Use Anomoly Detection Mark I for those two. Found Morqut at /way 39, 70 and found Cairn in the vault by Stormsunder Crater.

I for some reason cannot find Blazing Cairn been lookin everywhere, been flying around where u guys have been saying it should spawn . am i just unlucky or what

Morqut chest, for me wasn't showned on map, so this might be the reason people not finding it. But it is in the coords that people are putting here

Blazing Cairn also spawns inside the Siege Creche. I had two spawn in there at the same time :)

While working on this achievement my friend and I noticed that chests seemed to spawn all at once. If you notice 2 or 3 chests spawning around you where there weren't any before, it might be worth flying to the spawns of the chests you're missing, for us it was the Morqut Provisions. The treasure icon seems to disappear from the minimap as soon as someone else loots it and the treasures are only up for a couple minutes. It may be pure coincidence, but my friend and I finished our achievements while using this method on the Morqut Provisions, which was the last one we needed.

I got Blazing Cairn from inside the siege creche today.

Buy 神圣遗物学会感知卷轴 first. This will show them on your map for 1 hour. Cost 2000 元素涌流.
I found 8 different ones in the first hour. This was with War Mode on so I had to fight a few people killing some time and also had several duplicates.

Sometimes it will show on your map and instantly dissapear. Check if there is a cave. It will be in there. You have to look in all the caves seperately, especially the Creche (the main undergroun in the center).

Note that if someone grabs this just before you do, you can still loot this for about 30 seconds afterwards. You also cannot loot when in combat.

This one in addition to 禁忌离岛囤积狂 were the last 2 ones that I needed for the meta ( 苏醒的世界 )

I had hard time finding the last two chests ( 铁潮贮藏 and 莫库特补给品 )
So today I came out of my shell and opened a grp in look for group / custom under the title " LF a player in a low pop server" ! :))
...and it worked!

A nice Russian guy/ gal told me that he's in a low population server and can help me. Then I closed the lfg grp and he invited me to his grp while he was in Forbidden Reach. After few rounds around the isle we found many chests as well as these two.

I highly recommend using an addon like FarmHud. It turns your mini map into a large circle on the center of the screen. Means you're not staring at the corner of your screen.

If you are doing 偷尝禁果 for 苏醒的世界, here's some things I noticed while doing it:

Treasure achievements: 禁忌离岛的宝藏 + 禁忌离岛拾荒者 + 禁忌离岛囤积狂

Scroll Achievements: 用X标记地点 + 卷轴猎人

Note: You only get credit towards the scroll achievements after you have used the scroll and picked up the "special treasure".

First of all: I recommend combining doing the treasures and scrolls at the same time!
I noticed I was getting more scrolls from treasures than killing things with 碧蓝占卜水晶 buff.

Second of all: "Aim for the last achievement".
This is especially for the treasure achievements. Basically don't start looking specific ones for 禁忌离岛的宝藏 and instead just start looking for any treasures for 禁忌离岛囤积狂.
There's a high chance you might just find all you need for the first achievement by just going around and picking any treasure. Only start looking for the specific ones for the first one after you're done with the bigger achievement, if somehow you're still missing some!

TLDR: First aim to complete 禁忌离岛拾荒者, then 禁忌离岛囤积狂, and only after that one start looking for the missing ones for 禁忌离岛的宝藏.

BUFFS

Doing 踏入风暴 should give you plenty of 元素涌流 (these are warbound/accountwide, so make sure to transfer all from your alts too!), which you can use to buy 神圣遗物学会感知卷轴 from 编目员戴拉 to help you find treasures, and 碧蓝占卜水晶 from 克拉克苏斯 to help you find scrolls.

Don't buy too many of 神圣遗物学会感知卷轴 as the buff lasts 1 hour. I'd recommend only buying 2, so basically use one and have one as a backup in your bag, and only buy more if you need more.
This buff will make the treasures appear on your minimap, and make sure to stay bit closer to the ground while flying around, because if you are too high, your buff might not detect the treasures.

While you do need 50 Scrolls in total to finish both Scroll Achievements, don't buy too many of 碧蓝占卜水晶. Just start with 10 or less, you can always go get more. Note the scroll buff is consumed when you find one, so you need to use another to have the buff again!

Additional note:
Be sure to open your whole big map as well to check occasionally, if any 禁忌宝藏s for 禁忌战利品 achievement are around, and if Froststone Vault Primal Storm is active for 风寒不适 achievement.

What worked for me regarding this achivement and 禁忌离岛囤积狂 is waiting in a spot that I know has a lot of spawnable treasures in vicinity - (For example - middle of Stormsunder Crater on the east of Forbidden Reach) - for about 20-30 minutes, which is the respawn time of the treasures (they all respawn at once), and then flying around the whole Reach and picking up all the treasures I see using the 神圣遗物学会感知卷轴.

When combined with the rare scanner addon I just popped the scroll 神圣遗物学会感知卷轴, sat in one place while watching a video or reading something, and when rare scanner pinged the freshly spawned treasures I started to pick them up. In one flyover like this I picked about 5-10 up.

After hours of hunting I found my Irontide Stash at /way 36.84 76.59
It showed on the map as a treasure with the Perception Scroll on.
