This achievement requires you to throw the Unstable Goods to 1 player who then passes them into the correct vent.

The vent will light up with blue lights next to it.
In order to pass an unstable good, you must run over them, use the extra action button towards that player and let them soak it.

The designated player will then have to throw them into the vent. Do this boss with lust on the pull in order to skip the second phase of Unstable Goods.

This achievement is actually a pretty elegant way to play the "Unstable Goods" boss mechanic. After collecting a package, you don't walk towards and throw your package directly into the active delivery portal, but rather to one designated player standing at a fixed spot near that portal. This player will be the one throwing the packages in. If you manage to do that with every single package before it explodes, you get the achievement.

The real difficulty - at least in the first week of 9.1 - is the unwillingness of several packages to be picked up. This boss seems to be horribly buggy at the moment, to the point that some groups don't manage to even beat the boss (without achievement), because of exploding packages that can't be picked up.

We had that problem as well. 2 players of our group were not able to pick up ANY parcels, at all. They tried even with all addons disabled, so that's not the issue. We worked around that by having the other 3 group members handle the bombs. In the 2nd try, the last parcel wasn't willing to be picked up by anyone. None of us could get it off the ground, we wiped. Our tank was the designated player to throw the packages in the portal, but to our amazement that stopped working in the 3rd try - the packages exploded at his feet and he couldn't pick up any more.
We were close to giving up on the run at this point but tried another constellation: not the tank, but I (rogue) got to be the person to throw the packets in the portals. Luckily, that worked in principle, and after some more tries because of even more evil parcels glued to the floor we managed.

So, what we did in the end after probably 2 hours of experimenting: 2 players (healer, tank) ran around, picked up the parcels and threw them to me (dps), one after another (don't throw 2 at the same time at the designated player - they'll go boom). I just stood about 10 meters from the portal and threw every parcel in as quickly as I could whenever the extra action button appeared. The other 2 dps continued to dps the boss, since picking up parcels didn't work at all for them. When we managed to relay all parcels successfully, the phase ended, the achievement tracker was white, we used heroism / bloodlust and burned the boss. We ignored every mechanic at this point, no soaking, just dpsing. When the 2nd "Unstable Goods" phase started, we decided to ignore it and kill the boss before the packages exploded. Luckily, this tactic worked - packages were almost ready to explode when the boss died, but we killed him just in time - achievement popped. :)

Still, a horrible mess right now. I suggest waiting until the boss gets fixed and the packages can be picked up more reliably. If you are willing to invest some time right now and try anyways, try different players as the "designated" player and if someone in the group can't pick up parcels at all, play around it and have them do dps in that phase.

Easy strategy if you have a group around 240+ (lust/hero is pretty important, but the more gear you have, the less important it becomes.)

Assign 2 tossers and 2 catchers (not the tank, healer should probably catch.) Each tosser should be assigned to one catcher to avoid tossing to the same person (this is important).

At the start of the fight, pop all cooldowns, pots, lust/hero, etc. You want to get the boss as low as possible without killing it (if you have dot classes, take that into account.) We ignored purple circles, but if your healer is a little weak, it might help to absorb as many as you can if you can sacrifice a little dps, because the damage in unstable good phase will be higher and your healer will be busy delivering. The tank continues to tank the boss out of the way if possible, and is also a good candidate for calling things out.

When Unstable Goods happens, the two catchers should position themselves quickly near the delivery portal/vent/chute, but not on top of each other. The two tossers should each collect 3 goods, 1 by 1, and toss to their assigned catcher. The catcher then delivers them.

After this phase, finish burning the boss as quickly as possible before the next Unstable Goods --- our first attempt we did without cooldowns and didn't have enough dps to finish the boss before the next phase. It's critical to use them at the start of the fight, and having the gear to burn the boss to at least <20% when the first Unstable Goods is a good indicator of your success.

Easiest way to do if you got the gear is to push boss to 5-10% before Unstable Goods then pass quickly 1 unstable goods and kill him before others explode.

Pretty easy nowadays with 2 accounts.
Throw the first package you can to your Alt that will deposit in the vacuuming portal
Ignore all the other ones and burst boss ASAP after that.
Should be able to kill him before any other package explodes.

This achiev is bugued, none explode, all were sent to me, i clicked back on them and sent them on the portals and didn't get credit

As of today ( 03.03.2025. ) This achievement is working. We did it with a guildie. We lowered the boss's hp to around 18-20% and waited for the packages to spawn. I picked up the first and passed it to my friend, who instantly threw it into the tube. After that I killed the boss immidiately and we both got the achievement.
