For this achievement you will have to collect 4 Orbs of Harmony while the Elevator is going down in phase 2.
The positions of the orbs seem to be ranzomized, however a Demon Hunter can easily get all of them by Fel Rushing and Gliding:

If for some reason you failed to collect all 4 orbs on your first try, you will have to reset the instance to get orbs to spawn again.
Collecting the 4 orbs in multiple pulls does
not
grant you the achievement!

This achievement becomes... "interesting" if you don't have a Demon Hunter. I've yet to see any guide to this achievement that doesn't say "just Fel Rush and glide your way to victory."
Players who can survive falls from a great height should jump off to catch the orbs. If you get lucky, the same person can grab multiple orbs if they are in a line.
We placed marks in the NW/NE/SW/NE corners of the platform, and assigned people to each mark to see where the orbs would be. Usually one corner would have multiple, with other corners having none.
The Taloc encounter is currently (as of Jan 2019) bugged, and has been for over a month. If you have to wipe, the doors at the start of the instance no longer open, and the instance must be soft-reset. Soft-resetting changes the location of all the orbs, so every attempt of this achievement involves a totally-new layout of the orbs. It's not that huge a deal, but it means that you'll just have to reassign people on the fly.
Goblin Gliders cannot be used during the encounter. You can use slow fall, but that doesn't make it easier to catch an orb since you adjust your angle afterwards. At least it's not as tricky as catching Ji'Kun's egg.

As of now, the achievement is unsoloable, if you jump down the platform and try to fel-rush to the orbs the fight will be reseted right before you get to the last one. You will be teleported out of the room, then you have to wait a minute or two for the fight to reset.

Confirmed NOT bugged. The doors will open if you die, if you jump and reset the fight, if you just wait for the elevator to make it to the bottom the whole fight does reset and the doors do open again.

Actually pretty annoying achievement to solo even as DH. If you fall off the elevator the boss will reset and you'll have to wait a good while for the doors to open. This means you have to avoid falling off the elevator after grabbing each orb. The orb hitboxes also don't work as well as you'd want them too as sometimes you'll feel like you just phase right through them.
The only way i could find to consistently touch the orbs and have the game count it was by walking off the elevator into them. No jumping; no gliding. This does make it non-trivial to get back on the elevator, as you need good timing and have to leverage the slight "bounce" that picking up an orb gives you. The bounce is, however, extremely hard to work with even though you can redirect which way you get bounced by rotating your player. I would hit what felt like invisible ceilings constantly and it can be hard to tell when exactly it's going to register to know when to press glide.
If you don't pick up an orb, it'll be in the same place on your next attempt, so i made a dummy group in group finder and placed 4 markers around the elevator so i could more easily remember where upcoming orbs would be. If you don't know where the first orb is going to be ahead of time you don't have a ton of time to find it before it passes by so occasionally you will need to just punt an attempt towards locating the first orb.
The fixating bloods will also rarely knock you back if you collide with them which can mess up your timing, so you need to worry about that too.
Overall, assuming having a second person makes it so you as the demon hunter can just glide down and ignore the elevator, I would definitely look for one.

As a note for trying to solo, Hunters cannot use
Stylish Black Parasol
under the elevator while their pets hold aggro. The pets will eventually disappear and the fight will reset

I completed this achievement solo as of the day of writing this comment on Normal difficulty and allow me to clear up some details regarding it and make it clear right of the bat:
I doubt this achievement can be solo'd unless you are a Demon Hunter and it requires luck more than any skill or timing. I banged my head against the wall with this one for 3-4 hours before I got it. It took 53 attempts and I will now in great detail explain everything you should need to know bellow as to maybe not need to tilt as much as I did doing this. I will write this comment assuming you yourself show up as a capped level Demon Hunter.
- Once you have pushed Taloc to about 35-30% he will move to the center of the platform and said platform will begin to descend downward, as it does this - 4 orange glowing orbs will spawn along the wall going down.
The Orbs:
1: These 4 orbs has no fixed spawn location so once you enter the dungeon, they may have a completely different order than mine had.
2: These 4 orbs will always spawn in intercardinal directions (North East, North West, South East, South West) - The minimap of the boss arena should essentially have a circle and four pointed triangles in each "corner" - it's in the direction of these triangles that any orb will spawn as the platform descends.
3: Once spawned, they will remain in their spawned positions on subsequent pulls UNLESS You pick one up.
4: If you somehow pick up the first orb and it spawned North West, then you miss another orb and have to die / reset. That first orb may now have switches position to another intercardinal direction, but any orbs not touched will remain where they first spawned. Any orb picked up also have the potential to spawn again in the same position.
5: The way I dealt with remembering the orb positions was to simply opening Paint, drawing a circle and then drawing the numbers "1, 2, 3, 4" in paint in accordance with where the orbs was in-game to give myself a little "map" to follow. You can also maybe ask someone to just "stay" in a raid group with you so that you can place markers to remind yourself where the orbs are. Or if you can just remember their positions, good on you. But remember that the orbs can move around (See Nr 4)
Now that you know where the orbs can spawn, and you know that they can move in-between pulls if you collect one and reset and that you should map out where they are, let me explain why this achievement is luck based more than anything:
- You can not just jump of the platform and begin to glide down as this will make the boss reset.
- Be careful that if the boss resets and you do not get "warped up" to the top that you drop down and die so that you get place up by the entrance again.
- The "hitbox" on these orbs is janky as all hell. I have
PASSED RIGHT TROUGH THEM
and they did not get picked up, it also seems like the FIRST orb has the most janky hitbox for some reasons, nearly 45+ of my wipes was because I just passed trough the first orb. This also did happen on the other orbs but the first one just seems so broken.
So with this in mind, here is how I did it:
- As the platform descends and you KNOW where the Orbs are, approach the wall the first one is at and double jump off and activate glide a good while before you reach the orb, you may need to wipe to get this right as you need to learn to "feel out " how you glide down compared to the platform so that you are IN the gliding state for a little while before hitting the first orb.
- You want to make sure that you slowly descend down and spin yourself around so that you essentially "Land" on top of the orb, doing this should make you "Bounce" up a bit and WITH this bounce, you should be able to barely vengeful retreat back ONTO the boss platform as to avoid resetting it.
- The second to fourth orb (To me at least) had more generous hitboxes and I simply repeated what I did for the first orb but delayed my initial jump a bit longer for the second orb (Since vengeful retreat is not up again) so that when you glide down and get the "bounce" off landing on top of the second orb, you can Fel Rush back onto the platform, again - You simply need to try and fail to feel out the rate at which you glide compared to the platform.
- For the third orb Vengeful Retreat should be up again so make sure to get gliding a while before it as with the first orb just to be safe, fly down and land on top of it, get the bounce and Vengeful Retreat back onto the platform.
- The Foruth orb is so close to the ground (And I only had to collect this once, on the attempt I got it) that it does not seem like you need to get back onto the platform after collecting it (At least I didn't) as the boss and platform is so close to the ground that it completes the decent before getting the chance to reset.
- All in all the main point is to begin gliding a good while BEFORE you reach the orb, "LAND" on top of them and utilize the bounce you get of landing on them combined with Vengeful Retreat and Fel Rush to get back onto the platform.
- The Orbs have super messy hitboxes and like me; you will most likely have several pulls where you legit just glide TROUGH The orbs without picking them up, but such is the state of the game.
Good luck and happy gliding.

I did this as a duo with my friend, I played an Evoker.
What we ended up doing was first doing a 'trial run', in which we let the elevator go down, and we didn't try to get any orbs. We just looked for where the orbs were and in what order, and placed markers down on the platform where we saw orbs, and noted down what order I'd have to go to get the four orbs. (ie blue, triangle, moon, blue).
Once we determined where the four orbs were, we jumped off the elevator to reset.
Then the next run is our proper run. My friend would stay on the elevator so the fight doesn't reset (we did have an accident where he got knocked off though, so don't ignore the adds!)
I would go to each orb in order. Run off the platform, don't jump off, running off seemed to have just the right momentum/distance to get to the orb. Theoretically the orb is supposed to bounce you, but I find it didn't always do it. If it did, I was able to use Hover to give myself just enough height to get back onto the platform and continue to the next marker. If I didn't get a bounce from the orb, however, I would glide and my friend would guide me which direction to go. This would definitely be easier on a demon hunter I think, since they can get more verticality to get back onto the platform.
If I ended up missing an orb, we'd reset, and start over again with a 'trial run' rinse repeat.

I tried to solo with DH for a couple of hours without luck with the bounding boxes.
Then, I tried with my second account and was much easier since the boss doesn't reset as long as one player stays on the platform.
So I used my main (70 hunter) + a level 60 shaman alt on second account.
I equipped the shaman with
时髦的黑色遮阳伞
since you can heal without losing the buff, but attacking removes it.
Hunter took down boss until transition, then I switched to shaman.
At this point, all I needed to know was the position of the first orb.
I was waiting at the position of the first orb and would drop from the platform as soon as possible.
As soon as I left the platform, I used
阵风
to move forward and drop on top of the first orb.
If you don't use Gust of Wind, you won't be able to maneuver mid-air and you will also fall in front of the first orb.
The rest is pretty straightforward. You will slowly fall and you can move mid-air thanks to the first Gust of Wind you casted (you don't have to cast it again).
Always aim to fall "on top" of the orb is safer instead of through it.
There will be a quick fall between the second and third orb because the slow fall buff refreshes.
Wait until the platform reaches the bottom and finish the boss.
Finally, done with the meta.
Hope it helps!

This achievement is relatively easy and enjoyable with the right setup:
1) need 2 or more players
2) 1st player (any class) simply stands in middle of the elevator the entire fight and DPS's the boss until it gets to phase two and rides the elevator all the way down to the bottom
3) 2nd player (Demon Hunter) stands on the ledge inside boss room just to the left or right of door; once elevator reaches very bottom, jump into elevator shaft, use glide and move around to collect all 4 Orbs
4) This becomes easier with a 2nd/3rd DH who can catch any remaining orbs that the 1st DH may have missed
