Pretty simple at 110. Choose a fairly low power strike and slowly grind the boss down. At around 75% health, it'll slump over and the "heart" will be targetable instead of the boss. Destroy the heart. Then finish off the boss.

I found out after trial and error that you MUST kill Razorscale prior to taking on XT-002 Deconstructor or he will instantly die when you destroy his heart.

You don't need to kill Razorscale for the "Iron Dwarve, Medium Rare" achievement which is where the problem is, at least it was for me. Hope this helps someone else, cause I was pretty frustrated for a few days there.

I know that Ulduar is changed to a flex raid now but trust me this works. I couldn't get the achievement no matter what I tried. Then I did the unthinkable and left and changed my raid difficulty from 25 man to 10 man and reset my instances. Then I just punched him down till the heart came out and (This may be important here!), I made sure to get in between XT and his heart so I was only facing the heart and punched it till it died. XT went into hard mode, killed him and got the achieve ! So I can't say for sure which worked but I got the idea to change the raid from a few others who say it worked for them. Hope this helps all of you that have been stuck on this like I have. Enjoy your new mount !

If you kill the Heart too fast the boss will die with it at the same time and you won't get the achievement

if you are 120, get your gear off, and kill the heart slowly and then kill the boss, that is how i got the achievement after trying 3 times

For 120s wanting to get heartbreaker part of this....I cleared raid to XT-002, took off gear on the right side (belt, boots, rings, etc), went outside and got rez sickness. Went back in and was just about where I needed to be dps-wise (my item level is 370).

This achievement can be a little tricky as a 120 because you can easily do too much damage and kill the boss too early.

Take off all of your gear. If your abilities require a weapon, use a low-level one.

Auto attack the boss down to 75% to trigger the heart phase. Damage transfers from the heart to the boss, so try keep his health as close to 75% as possible. If he's too much lower at the beginning of the heart phase, he'll die before the heart does and you'll fail.

Once the heart is out, damage it quickly. You need to kill it on the first heart phase or else his health will be too low to finish the achievement in subsequent heart phases phases triggered at 50% and 25% boss health.

Once the heart is dead, he'll return to full health and you can kill him normally and get the achievement.

I went into this thinking you could just use foam sword to do a single soft swing but it turns out that you can't use it in a raid instance. You can however use the 整体缩小仪 to get a nice damage debuff and it will last for 3 mins which is more than enough time.

I did still remove my weapon and equip some grey trash that I picked up inside the raid because my bare fist just wasn't pulling enough damage to get him to 75% fast enough..

As a hunter in Shadowlands (level 60).

Took off all my gear. All I used was an old ilvl37 ranged weapon, although an heirloom at the same or lower ilvl might be best. All I did was auto-shot the boss (without a pet) until it reached 75% HP. Waited until the heart had 10 seconds left on its timer and use 1 damaging spell to kill it, then I killed the boss. EDIT: Did it again but completely naked, and just punched the boss. Was a bit safer than doing it with a weapon.

So far I have done this with two different accounts on Shadowlands 9.1

Took all gear and weapons off my pally, cast judgement at the boss and heart dropped immediately, nuked the heart with abilities, then killed boss and got achievement.

A quick note, while taking a friend, if they do not tag the boss during the fight, they will not get the achievement. I opened the fight to drop the heart and then let the other person do the rest.

I tried this completely naked in 10.0 and it still oneshots the boss. Any way to do this now?

Still pretty staight forward. Totally naked at level 70, punched him once, waited a bit, punched the heart, then kill :)

Posting as of 11.0.7 from TWW. This seems impossible now. Even naked, I one-shot the boss. No idea how to complete this.

Just got the achievement with 70 lvl warrior.

At first, 整体缩小仪 works perfectly. Checked combat log to find out exactly 100 times damage reduction or 1% if you like. I've tried it on some trash around 40k health. My completely naked warrior did 3130 per hit while initial damage was 313'000.

Then waited for 30m for shrinker cooldown to fade and started punching the guy. He had 750k as 100% so it's not a big deal to calculate that damage rate was very easy to handle, like two/three hits for a percent or smth like that. When at 75% the heart appeared, it died on its own (that thing surprised me, but I decided to continue). Then I've equipped all the gear after cancelling the shrinker buff and stopping attack and then closed the case.

EDIT: it's completely achievable at 80 lvl! Just done all the same with DH. Had 39'600 per hit naked with shrinker (or 82'700 crit). Reached 74% in no time, killed heart in two punches and so on.

Just did this on 11.1, key seems to be switching out your weapon for an heirloom equivalent. I managed to get them down to 75% health, killed the heart then DPS'd their remaining health.

Just done this full naked with level 29 heirloom dagger poking boss until heart appears at around 70% then just kill heart and boss

I was able to get this using the 机械轰击火箭 .

Max level character, gear still on. Seems to work well on other raid bosses as well to not one shot them.

Used rocket, heart came out 2-3 seconds later.

As of 11.1.7, this is easy to do as a level 80 using 机械轰击火箭. From my testing, your average item level should be under 510.

Tested using these characters, all level 80:

- Priest, ilvl 649: Too much damage
- Rogue, ilvl 526: Too much damage
- Hunter, ilvl 503: Success!
- Warrior, ilvl 495: Success!
- Mage, ilvl 497: Success!

Each rocket cost me 29 silver to buy on the AH.

I was also able to complete this with a Guardian Druid using the Brambles talent, albeit the druid was only level 72 and item level 307.

As a 653 feral druid NOT in cat form all it took was the whole body shrinka toy and one punch to get the heart to show up. Didn't unequip any of my gear, either.

I unequipped ALL my gear, then used 机械轰击火箭 which took him down to 60%, and the dot took him down to 20%, then i carefully killed the heart, then killed him. It seems like its random how much damage it does, as this run the first hit took him down to 20% and the dot killed him while all my gear was off.

I really don't understand why blizzard made it so you can't use 柔软的泡沫塑料剑 in raids anymore. It used to take mobs down to 20% so that you could do stuff that require mobs to not die in 1 hit.

I didn't have Mecha-Blast Rocket nor Whole-Body Shrinka' , so as a Mage, I unequipped some of my crit gear and left it as 6292k health. Bought a Simple Dagger from Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth and daggered him until the heart showed up. I waited for the first wave to come to me and then killed the heart with Ice Lance. Afterwards, I let the boss heal himself to full HP with the 2 incoming waves and once he received the Heartbreak debuff, I killed him with an Ice Lance.
