These things are so rare that your better off just doing the quest's in other Zones, Spent over 1 hour finding 2 in ash. Spent 14 hours to grind to Exalted for this to not even show Herbs on Mini map so basically trash. Made 600G getting to Max rank however.

respawn timer seems to be about 25 minutes
