Tyrande is just as tough as Highlord Bolvar Fordragon. She hits for around 700 and has a Moonfire that hots for 1200 intitail damage (and pings every few seconds for 300). And last but not least, she can cast an AoE than hits around 800 every two seconds. I'd recommend getting a pretty big raid group together before fighting her. Savage Defenders on Eitrigg celebrated their 1 year birthday by taking 40 of our finest and raiding Darnassus. We got her on the first try on 3/23/07.

She's not too difficult and from a DPS standpoint, the AoE Starfire is the only thing to worry about. Our tanks never had any problems holding aggro and the healers did excellent.

Watched a full horde raid -- at least 40 of you suckers -- show up at Darnassus yesterday on the Dalvynger server, and straight rush the Temple of the Moon. Thought Tyrande was a goner but she wiped the entire raid, and I mean absolutely mopped the FLOOR with them. So in case there's any question as to who wears the pants on Dalv, there you go. Me and a few other 60s in Darn spent the next hour kicking the crap out of the stragglers from that raid, y'all got what you deserved. Git off our island!

And so far as the ongoing RP-server discussion goes: Yeah Mr. Bloodhoof and Tyrande are both friendly; you've got zero justification for that. Y'all are punks who are just after a cheap kill (if you had any real stones, you'd take down Bronzebeard or Thrall). "revenge" killing (and i'm speaking strictly in RP terms here) is stupid, a quick justification of your bloodlust. The battle of Mt. Hyjal was all about alliance & horde working together; similarly the only real common enemy is the Scourge. You can call "care bear" if you like but do something that takes skill at least, and fits at least remotely with the storyline of the game.... and for the straight PvP servers who don't give a crap about story: again, bring me bronzebeard or thrall's head and we'll talk.

I play on two realms, horde on one and alli on the other =D, and it's so funny when you see the horde destroy Darn then think they can go to SW and IF and have the same results. I've watched full raids of decked out players kill Tyrande and Staghelm, then wipe on either Bolvar or Magni. Same goes for the Alliance when they kill Cairne and try to take on Thrall or Sylvanas. It's not always the boss that pwns them, but the horde that go to protect the place. Right now with the new level cap at 70 people might (MIGHT) be able to take down Varimathras with less casualties than before since a good portion of the level 70 horde are in Outland, but like i said, it has to be a pretty slow day for Alli/Horde to be able to bring down IF/SW/UC/Org.

You get Honorable Kill Rank: Leader, for killing city bosses, before the patch cairne gave me like 1000 in a 20 man group, only really worth it for bragging rights.

I was using my Elf Aspect and hanging around with some elves. They're less raunchy then I thought and when I started hitting on Tyrande, she got really agitated. Then i had the mistake of asking "Who lit the fuse on your tampon?"
Then she hit me and i lost my aspect. Apparently, the elves have this ancient thing against Trolls. Anyway, I learned that's i'm very flexible and can regenerate digits and skin tissue.

I'd like to see a horde member try to take her out now her and all the Sentenals got an upgrade not to mention shes got a Bow now and I seen her us it. killed a lvl 60 wit 2 shots so the Horde might have to go about 60 deep to tak her out now.
