Rare(lvl23Elite) drops the Avenger's shield rune.
Seems to have 3 spawns as I was talking with multiple groups waiting for the spawn at the north cave In Redridge.

Spawns I can confirm (But have only killed at one place)
First(/way 64 50) Is at the castle In Redridge.
Second(/way 35 8 Is at the north Orc cave where I killed him and looted the rune.
Third (/way 77 70) should be located down at the south cave with the orcs.

My group had him spawn at 75.4 81.8. anyone that didn't tag him didn't get credit.

The guy definitely spawns near the southern cave entrance in the bottom-right corner of the zone.

I found him on two different toons (pally and druid) in the SE camp. I farmed the NW camp for 2 hours and he never showed. Everyone I heard has found him in SE camp.

im paladin lvl 22, killed him at mentioned location. he did not drop the rune. am i too low of level, or rune is not 100% drop rate? edit: killed him again. again no rune dropped.

it dropped 銀鏈護足 for me in SoD phase 1

Respawned for me 3min after the corpse despawned from the previous kill

Phase 2 SOD: was able to solo him at level 23. not much effort, just 1 health pot. do seal of crusaders judgement at start and then just spam crusaders strike with martyrdom judgements. stun him to give a 4 sec break for a heal of extra dps. i didnt need to heal. Rune dropped first try.
