I just got mine off of a brute north of tarren mill after pickpocketing for a strong iron lockbox. I got this and a great pair of mage pants as well. I am on stormreaver. . I have farmed these ogres for 4 levels and not another strong iron lockbox has dropped. Very good pair of pants for my friends priest when he hits that level. i have been offered 25 gold for them from a guildie.

got mine from an iron lockbox i found soloing SM, there were 3 items, this, a large knapsack (12 slots) and some green arcane dmg hammer i disenchanted.

I've had these pants for my level 40 warlock for a while now and I haven't seen much that would be an improvement over them before level 50. Green stat pants are just now matching their stamina and intelligence but without the shadow damage boost. What did everyone else use after these?

Was killing spiders in the Arathi Highlands collecting some easy silk for Tailoring, and I see this blue drop.

Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Sent them straight to my alt Warlock...that'll be a nice fat upgrade when he hits level 30.

How would the additional damage work with a Warlock's Corruption. ie, does it add 10 to the total damage done by the spell? OR, does it add 10 damage per tick, thereby making the additional damage much more.

These leggings are awesome. +12 sta and +11 int as already very good for leggings that only require level 30. Compare that to Regal Leggings of the Eagle, they are the same except Necromancer leggings are 9 levels lower. When you throw in the +10 shadow damage, it just makes these leggings godly. If I was going to make a 39 warlock twink, I would defintely choose these leggings even though they're only level 30.

Don't put it down for too little. After an hour of posting in a trade channel I sold it on the AH for a buyout of 90g.

Try /2 WTS The best Warlock/Shadow Priest pants until the mid 50s. Requires only level 30.

It worked perfectly :)

I can't believe this.. bought it for 20G in EU:Burning Legion, Auctioned it for 40G and 60G buyout. In less than 10 minutes I get this "Your auction of Necromancer leggings sold". Imagine how I felt like..

hmm.. these are kinda useless to mage cause + shadow spell, if theres lock and mage in group and this drops and if mage wins i'd count that on ninja looting :P

yadiyadi IF u take this as a priest (shadow) ud better not be in grp with a lock.

reason: the priest should go for spirit rather than stamina so.

on other words: the lock benefits MOST from this pair of pants and should therefor have prio on the item.. but agreed these are not ALL bad for a shad priest
