It is not pretty on males... Not at all
But given its stats I think it is the best robe until Nefarian (and I might argue it is even better than the set robe if it didn't have the set part) and drops off the first boss in AQ20.
Due to the big damage bonus it is great for warlocks, crit great for mages it even got spirit for priests. Heck, even shamans/paladins could wear it!

Every time I go to AQ 20 I see that creepy robe dropped and some guy mage or lock gets it and the rest of the raid gets a screenshot of his merriness.

If they made a robe that makes girls look like a succubus, why can't they make plate armour that makes guys look more buff for the ladies ^^

Guys if you have this, always wear a dreadmist mask, your guild's tabard and wish your tier 1 robe will drop in MC one day.
Ladies don't do anything about it :p it looks good as it is.
P.S. Killing the boss is easy, simply click Q and E a lot to avoid the sand mines. Without silence at his side and 4 tanks at yours, he's easier than the snake boss in ZG.

This is pretty much the same graphic as Robes of Insight isn't it? Why does this robe always have such hideous colors? Why can't they make a black one like the trash mobs in Scholomance are wearing (I think that's where they are)?

This had to have been designed with female's in mind. The thing just looks WAY too fruity on males.

This robe looks the same as the following (incase you want it on a female character :-P)...

Robes of the Exalted
Robes of the Guardian Saint

They're all level 60 raid drops, save for Robes of Insight, which is a level 42, epic, random world drop.

OMG it's absolutely shameful to wear this thing around. I look terrible. Hopefully Blizz will change the art on it... if not, it's still nice but for crying out loud can't they anticipate that a male would wear this thing?

Yeah, I just got these for my Gnome Mage. They look horrible and I get made fun of by my guildies about it but they're just jealous because the stats are unbelieveable. Great upgrade from the Freezing Litch Robes.

drops from AQ-20 first boss (we got him yesterday has a nasty aoe thing with silence and high damage also besides he is not hard at all)

lol i remember this dropped for me on my male gnome warlock back in the day, people would calll me "pinky". it dropped before transmog was a thing and i deleted it years ago lol.
thought i try do a run on an alt to see if i could drop and it dropped on my mage, after all these years its still there. Good times.
