Does anybody have a -definitive- answer to whether these boots and their speed increase stacks with the 'run speed enchant'?

Nope, doesn't stack. So you can put a 7 sta/agi enchant on it, making them very good imo.

The stats are the same, but the stats in the armor set that they belong to are not.

you can choose what set you want, but i think the belt and boots are pretty much the same. the shoulders for each set are different though.

I got these in about 3 hours straight of AB (all wins). Good boots and GG.

These boots do not stack with Aspect of the Cheetah. I tested using the 1/9/2007 version of monkey speed. They increase speed by 8%.

The run speed bonus is the same as the enchant (both are 8%), and they do not stack. I tested this by running down gold road in the barrens and timing the runs. Rate me up for spending the time and money to find out, please.
