There are actually 4 versions of this bow for horde and 4 for alliance. They differ by the lvl requirment (along with dmg, and stats of course), and faction rank with Warsong Gultch, but are the same bows for Horde as for Alliance. Alliance see Outrunner's Bow.

You can get this bow, along with MANY other very good items, from the vender standing outside the entrance to your faction's entrance to Warsong Gultch. (on the other side of the ramp from the person you turn in your Talisman of Merit to for exp)

For this exact bow, which is a lvl requirment of 38 and a Reputation of Exalted with Warsong Gultch.

The other varations of this bow are a lvl 28 version (16.7 dps, 2.4), a lvl 48 version (27.5 dps, 2.4, +3 agi, +8 sta) and a lvl 58 version (32.3 dps, 2.4 +4 agi, +10 sta).
The lvl 28 and 48 versions require Revered and the 38 and 58 versions require Exalted.

Ok, everyone needs to just wrap their mind around this "terribly difficult subject".../sarcasm off.

Alright, so when you're level 10+ you enter warsong gulch battleground. you and other members start a raid party and have capture the flag games. you get reputation points by capturing flags and winning (and also turning in the marks you get for finishing the match).

3 marks for winning
1 mark for losing

Turn in 3 marks at a time for 50 rep points and a bit of experience.

After so many matches, your rep will increase and increase, eventually moving you to friendly, honored, revered, exhaulted.

At levels 10-19, you're eligible for certain items, at lvl 20-29 those items get increased in stat points. If at 15 it gave +4 stamina, maybe at 25 if you buy it then it gives +5 stamina. Things like that. All weapons take revered status. So at lvl 35, if you're revered you can but the 35 version of a weapon that suits you.

At 45, when the items get better yours does *NOT* upgrade, you must purchase the newly offered items... it's that simple.

Spent months in WSG to get revered for this bow. I do not have hours to play as this is merely fun when nothing else to do.

The first thing after getting it was a realization that anyone under lvl 25 was toast if I hit them with an aim shot crit (~500damage).

Definitely a boost to making WSG easier ;)
