For the most part - all higher end blues and greens with lvl requirements are 5 lvls below the item lvl. This is not always true - thottbot can't really think that a blue item that required lvl 45 is as good as a green item that required lvl 45 - but it is the method that thottbot uses when labeling items.

As for epics - this is the part that makes relatively no sense to me - an item that requires lvl 60 can have an item lvl of 66 (like the Black Amnesty) or an item lvl of 75 (like Benediction).

Also for lvls 50-60, "Concerted Efforts" gives more rep (Handing in 3x AV marks, 3x AB Marks, 3x WSG marks)

I use this on my 19 twink shammy.

Most shamans use maces but imo daggers are just as good. Works for me atleast...

After long hours passed in wsg for rep farming before the patch, its sad but yes rep requirements no longer exist. You just need the honor points and marks

As a 19 twink you can only have 1 sentinels/scouts blade. The only way to use more than one of them is to get the alternate level sets. For instance i could weild the 28 and 38 blades if i wanted to. Though by that time you should be able to upgrade your 28 to something better.

You do NOT have to be revered to buy this weapon!

you just need 315 HONOR POINTS and 30 WARSONG GULCH MARKS OF HONOR.

58-60 maybe, but before 50 is unheard of.

Yea, this wep took me some timeo tget at level 29 with my twink guild, but it wasn't that hard, currently has 15 agi on this and 15 agi on the butcher, giving me 42 extra agi:D make me a crit happy hunter! halfway exalted!

my friend is lvl 29 and he is revered he has this weapon and a protectors sword...he told me he did nothing but get to lvl 10 and lvl up using the WSG mark of honors.
