you can get Sentinel's Medallion from being honored with Silverwing Sentinels at the instance in ashenvale (silverwing hold) and for friendly u can get Rune of Duty for 2 gold at the same place rune of duty restores 2 health every 5 seconds for and has +4 stam, the higher lvl one has +9 stam i believe and 5 health every 5 seconds or something

TO CONFIRM IT the rep requirment for this is HONORED with WSG (Silverwing Sentinels) you get rep by turning in flags (28) taking back flags (28)winning WSG (50)and turning in marks of honor (50)

this is a really good necklace if ur a tiwnk for 10-19 and when ur friendly u get this really good +stam trinket called ring of duty and it also heals u for 4 every sec i think....anyway when ur honored u can also get a ring called Prostpector's band which is really good =) enjoy!

P.S. the more honored the betta Revered u get this good dagger like assasin's blade

To get to silverwing post where the Warsong Gulch BG is, take the main road out of Astranaar southeast for a while and then head south when you're about to the road that branches off due south and keep going south and slightly west. It's right at the foot of the maountains. Or, if you know where Talondeap Path is, go there and then keep heading east along the mountains and you can't miss it.
