I use Stoneshield Cloak for tanking (I've also got a cloak of warding, but I prefer the Sta over the little extra armor / def) but I'd get this for PvP, or when I need a little more damage for better aggro control.

Str is the primary damage stat for Feral druids, so this is a great balanced cloak for PvP - keeps a lot of the armor up while giving both some attack power / dps and some stamina.

Of course, Warriors / Paladins, and I guess Enhancement Shamans could get a bunch of use out of this too.

Got this the other day for my undead rogue (59). First time in scholomance I got Cadaverous Armor, this cloak, and shadowcraft boots.

I have that long white cape thing with the black outline that drops off the gargoyle thing in stratholme. Should I bother trying to get this or just be happy with what I have? I am a pally.

laters tho i realized that its not that great cloak if you have access to redoubt cloak from tribute or cape of black baron from strat. redoubt is better for tanking and black baron is better for pvp.

wouldn't blaime a druid for rolling on this cuz it has rather high arm (which is multiplied in bear form) and they need str aswell. if it's an improvement for him, that his class needs, why shouldn't he roll?

25 str = 1 block.

Strength is the most worthless tanking stat for warriors, let a druid have this cape.

Though I think Warding is better for them.

I'm using shadewood cloak right now, this is one strength less but a bunch more armor and stamina (if you don't mind losing the nature resist from shadewood).

Next time I head into scholo I'll probably try picking this up as I cat form in PvP a lot and end up in bear form so I'll get a nice balance of armor/stamina/attack power. Though if you're tanking, cloak of warding will be better overall with the defense/armor bonus (since you'll be getting healed by someone else).

this is a druid cloak just as much as any other classes cloak (not mages preist warlock) but almost any other class is ok for this cloak

Dont see where this cloak fits in in the game really. Cloak of warding is better for druids tanking, and easier to obtain (stone guardians are an easy solo), and for attack power, youd be better of going for cape of the black baron.

Yesterday I succesfully tanked whole Stratholme. I'm newly lvl 60 so no higher instances yet, but it will come. I was accepted as off-tank, but very soon it was clear, that i can hold aggro better then war. At the end at Baron, I gave an extra time to war tank for sunder armor, then charged used fearie fire + demoralisation roar, 1xswipe (crit) + 2xmaul (both crits) --->>> took aggro from war and hold it on Baron against war + rogues + palas till end of battle...:-) I was so happy! Luckily I have a very nice guild who is accepting me as feral and Im used for tanking in 5mens run in BRD for chest of seven and Emperor... I'm looking forward for more dangerous instances! There should be at least 1 feral per raid, as +3pct for malee and ranged attacks aura (Leader of the Pack) is great surplus for whole raid. But based on your written demonstration, you are just another envying warrior not able to accept feral at least as off tank. It's you who is saying BIG #$%^ here, not druids:-)

Got this on my Warrior. As much armor as the pvp one(almost)...and is very nice for pvp and tanking. Extra block, as well as 110 hp. Putting the resistance enchant on it later.

Dropped on my first run, beat out another warrior for it. Looks like Pale Moon Cloak. Dark gray with some green design at the neck. Very nice cloak.
