I've seen Rosewind Circles that dont have these stats, but instead something like:

5 mana regen / 5 sec
+26 dmg and healing

And I can't verify it on either Thott or Allakhazam. Is this a glitch or a server specific thing? I have seen a "Rosewine Circle" with caster stats described above on two different priests, now. O.o

What an amazing ring! I just discovered it yesterday, but it's basically a mini ring of the martyr. Very impressive.

I can confirm that this ring drops inders drops from War Master Vooke and not Urok Doomhowl.

AtlasLoos has been updated, but I myself was confused when I farmed for this item.

This is an amazing healing ring, considered pre-raid BiS. A nice balance of +healing and mp5.

I can confirm that, as of phase five (patch 1.13.5), this ring definitely drops from Urok Doomhowl. This is despite AtlasLoot claiming that he doesn't drop it. After running LBRS numerous times I have never seen it drop from War Master Voone.

It's also worth noting that wowhead only lists the item in the loot table of Urok Doomhowl.

This first came to my attention during one of the first LBRS runs with my newly popped resto shammy. We finished killing Doomhowl and :O this ring dropped! The celebrations came to an immediate halt when the f*%$"# warlock need rolled against me and NINJAD the ring! That was during phase four.

Soon after, phase five was rolled out and after many, MANY more runs, this ring finally dropped once again. And once again it was from Urok Doomhowl.

It's been a while since anyone has posted about this item, so I'll just confirm one thing:
This item dropped for me on WoW Classic Anniversary realm Spineshatter, EU, Horde on game version 1.15.6.58866 on January 31st, 2025.
The boss that dropped it was War Master Voone. I say this because I am not so sure if the item is on the drop table for Urok Doomhowl which I was lead to believe prior to it dropping. So for those of you looking to farm healer pre-raid BIS - you can safely join LBRS runs for the first three bosses and not have to worry about finding competent players for a somewhat challenging optional boss.

Classic anniversary. This ring just dropped from War Master Voone (2nd boss) for me. It is phase 4 ZG patch.
