To make these things, take a Libram of Voracity as well as a Black Diamond, 4x Whippper Root Tubers and 4x Crystal Force to the elf in Burning Steppes. Present the libram to him and finish the quest (will cost you 30g). You now have a choice of 5 different Arcanums, one for each stat. Each of them gives +8 to the stat you choose. Now, who would want the different enchants?

Strength - Warriors and Feral Druids, most likely the last ones, since they get about 19 AP from it in cat form.
Agility - Rogues, Hunters, crit Warriors, enchantment Shamans and Feral Druids.
Stamina - Those who can't be bothered with getting stuff for +100 hp.
Intellect - Warlocks, Mages, Priests or Balance Druids, resto Shamans.
Spirit - Priests or Resto Druids.

And yes, you CAN make these and put them on someone elses equipment.

I'm a resto druid, and i say that also resto druid need intellect cause druid got low int(i got like 6300 mana, and i'm setted well to be blue)
And btw rumination gives 150 mana(10 int), voracity 8 int(120 mana)
I got the two books, so i don't care :D

Yes, it is possible to obtain this item with one character and enchant an item which another character has and is soulbound. This is done via the "Will not be traded" slot in the trade window. However, it will say: "Item will recieve lesser arcanum amalgamation".
So if your customer thinks you're trying to scam him or her you can just refer to this site ^^

P.S. That is what it is called for the voracity which gives agility, I haven't done it with one that gives another stat or is of another name.

Best one to chose as a Warrior going for DPS

+8 sta is stupid, get +100 HP or don't bother
+8 agil.. I did before,.. it's like,.. 0.4% crit or something..

+8 str = +16 AP

More worth it long-term

I think that point for point, Strength is better than Agility for warriors. Of course, I keep a healthy balance between the two.
